基于特征驅(qū)動(dòng)的板類零件工藝變型設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:工藝設(shè)計(jì)作為連接產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與制造的橋梁,對(duì)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、制造成本以及企業(yè)快速響應(yīng)市場的能力都具有極為重要的影響。工藝設(shè)計(jì)通常會(huì)利用已有的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和資源,并且在已有的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提高工藝的重用程度。本文把板類零件作為研究的目標(biāo),將參數(shù)化的思想運(yùn)用到工藝變型設(shè)計(jì)過程中,建立了能夠達(dá)到工藝變型的零件模型,研究了建立工藝模型的方法,利用研究的技術(shù)和方法完成對(duì)板類零件工藝的變型設(shè)計(jì),最后對(duì)板類零件工藝變型設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究。 首先,論述了目前國內(nèi)和國外研究三維CAPP技術(shù)以及基于特征的零件工藝變型設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的狀況,詳細(xì)闡述了通過特征變化引起零件工藝變型的原理。 其次,研究了基于特征驅(qū)動(dòng)的零件工藝變型設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)。從加工特征的層面上研究了工藝的變型設(shè)計(jì),通過對(duì)零件的相似性和工藝可重用技術(shù)的分析,利用結(jié)構(gòu)單元層次的相似性,建立了結(jié)構(gòu)單元編碼規(guī)則和結(jié)構(gòu)單元相似判定的進(jìn)級(jí)匹配算法,為板類零件的工藝的變型設(shè)計(jì)提供了手段。 再次,,研究了面向制造過程的減材料法、特征組合和參數(shù)化技術(shù)相結(jié)合的零件建模方法和工藝模型的建立過程。依據(jù)零件特征的變化程度,確定零件工藝的變型類型,達(dá)到工藝路線變型的目的;根據(jù)參數(shù)化工藝模板,對(duì)加工過程中的參數(shù)和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行更換,實(shí)現(xiàn)卡片的變型。 最后,以某型號(hào)的板類零件為研究對(duì)象,開發(fā)了一套原型系統(tǒng),對(duì)理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:As a bridge between product design and manufacturing, process planning has an extremely important impact on the quality of products, manufacturing costs and the ability of enterprises to respond quickly to the market. Process planning usually makes use of the existing design experience and resources, and improves the process reuse based on the existing process. In this paper, the object of the research is plate parts, the idea of parameterization is applied in the process of process modification design, the part model that can achieve process modification is established, and the method of establishing process model is studied. The technology and method are used to complete the process modification design of plate parts. Finally, the process variant design system of plate parts is studied. Firstly, the research status of 3D CAPP technology and feature-based process variant design technology in China and abroad is discussed, and the principle of part process modification caused by feature change is described in detail. Secondly, the feature-driven part process variant design technology is studied. The variant design of process is studied from the aspect of machining features. By analyzing the similarity of parts and the reusable technology of process, the similarity of structure unit level is used. The coding rules of structural units and the stepwise matching algorithm of structural unit similarity determination are established, which provides a means for the process variant design of plate parts. Thirdly, the part modeling method and the process modeling process based on the method of subtractive material, feature combination and parameterization are studied. According to the change degree of the feature of the part, the variant type of the part process is determined to achieve the purpose of the process route modification. According to the parameterized process template, the parameters and contents in the machining process are replaced to realize the change of the card. Finally, a prototype system is developed to verify the theoretical knowledge.
