汽車(chē)起重機(jī)臂架結(jié)構(gòu)分析與優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)步伐的不斷加快,用于起重作業(yè)的汽車(chē)起重機(jī)在整個(gè)工程機(jī)械領(lǐng)域中顯得越來(lái)越重要,同時(shí)對(duì)汽車(chē)起重機(jī)的起重能力、安全性要求也越來(lái)越高。臂架結(jié)構(gòu)作為起重機(jī)的主要受力構(gòu)件,其強(qiáng)度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性直接影響整機(jī)的性能,而影響臂架力學(xué)性能最關(guān)鍵的因素為其截面形式,汽車(chē)起重機(jī)臂架截面形式經(jīng)過(guò)多年的不斷優(yōu)化改進(jìn),當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)較為先進(jìn)的臂架截面形式主要為U型。 本文研究的內(nèi)容為截面形式為U型的新型汽車(chē)起重機(jī)臂架結(jié)構(gòu)。首先,結(jié)合起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范用傳統(tǒng)解析法求解臂架結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)特性,在此理論結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上初步評(píng)價(jià)整個(gè)臂架設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。然后,運(yùn)用ANSYS Workbench軟件對(duì)臂架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行有限元靜力學(xué)分析和屈曲分析,從分析結(jié)果中提取應(yīng)力云圖、位移云圖、模態(tài)圖,通過(guò)觀察這些結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)判斷臂架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是否滿(mǎn)足強(qiáng)度、剛度、穩(wěn)定性的要求以及預(yù)測(cè)未來(lái)臂架的失穩(wěn)狀態(tài),這些分析結(jié)果為臂架結(jié)構(gòu)改造提出理論依據(jù)。最后,以應(yīng)力為目標(biāo),質(zhì)量為參照對(duì)現(xiàn)有的截面形式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最終得到改進(jìn)的截面形式,這種新的截面形式不僅提高了臂架的力學(xué)性能還節(jié)約了材料。 本文特點(diǎn)是運(yùn)用了傳統(tǒng)方法和現(xiàn)代方法相結(jié)合的手段來(lái)研究U型臂架的性能,能更全面地為結(jié)構(gòu)的再設(shè)計(jì)提供理論依據(jù),本文的研究的成果已經(jīng)應(yīng)用到該型號(hào)的汽車(chē)起重機(jī)產(chǎn)品中。
[Abstract]:With the rapid pace of infrastructure construction in China, the crane used for lifting operation is becoming more and more important in the whole engineering machinery field. At the same time, the lifting capacity and safety requirements of the truck crane are becoming higher and higher. The arm frame structure is the main force component of the crane, and its strength, stiffness and stability have a direct impact on the crane. The most important factor affecting the mechanical performance of the arm is its cross section form. The cross section of the truck crane boom has been improved by many years, and the most advanced section of the brachial frame in China is the U type.
The contents of this paper are the structure of a new type of truck crane arm frame with section U. First, the mechanical characteristics of the arm structure are solved by the traditional analytic method combined with the crane design code. On the basis of the theoretical results, the rationality of the whole arm frame design is evaluated preliminarily. Then, the arm frame structure is carried out by using the software of ANSYS Workbench. The finite element statics analysis and buckling analysis are used to extract the stress cloud, displacement cloud, and modal. By observing these data to determine whether the arm structure design meets the strength, stiffness, stability and prediction of the instability of the arm frame, the analysis results provide the theoretical basis for the reconstruction of the arm structure. After that, the existing cross section form is optimized with the aim of stress and the quality as the reference. Finally, the improved cross section form is obtained. This new section not only improves the mechanical properties of the arm, but also saves the material.
The characteristics of this paper are the use of the combination of traditional methods and modern methods to study the performance of the U type arm frame, and can provide a more comprehensive theoretical basis for the redesign of the structure. The results of this study have been applied to this type of automobile crane products.
