制造企業(yè)設(shè)施布局優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在全球化競爭日趨激烈的環(huán)境下,制造企業(yè)將會(huì)面臨著持續(xù)多變、不可預(yù)測的全球化競爭。為了在日益激烈的競爭中生存下去,制造企業(yè)就必須降低生產(chǎn)成本。當(dāng)資源和人力兩大領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)不再有降低成本的潛力的時(shí)候,物流領(lǐng)域還存在著大幅度降低成本的潛力。設(shè)施布置的主要的目標(biāo)就是使企業(yè)的物流合理、通暢和最大限度的減少物料搬運(yùn),絕大多數(shù)的制造企業(yè)希望通過優(yōu)化設(shè)施布置來達(dá)到降低物流成本的目的而不是投入更多的資金來建立新的廠房。因此,如何利用現(xiàn)有的設(shè)施,通過一種簡單適用的設(shè)施布局優(yōu)化方法,為制造企業(yè)在經(jīng)營決策中提供支持。 本文首先闡述了論文的提出背景、發(fā)展和研究狀況,并對(duì)設(shè)施規(guī)劃的理論進(jìn)行了概述。其次在制造系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)中提出了與之內(nèi)容有關(guān)聯(lián)的運(yùn)籌學(xué)和系統(tǒng)工程等理論,也對(duì)設(shè)施布置的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了敘述,還重點(diǎn)介紹了本論文要采用的系統(tǒng)設(shè)施布置技術(shù)中的系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)(SLP)法的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。接著就是對(duì)與制造企業(yè)設(shè)施規(guī)劃中物流系統(tǒng)分析相關(guān)的內(nèi)容做了一些詳細(xì)的說明。再就是將前面所介紹的系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)(SLP)法應(yīng)用于一個(gè)自行車制造企業(yè)的管材車間,通過運(yùn)用SLP法對(duì)該車間進(jìn)行作頁單位物流相互關(guān)系等分析得出初步的布置方案,對(duì)所得到的初步方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比和評(píng)價(jià),得出符合條件的最佳方案并運(yùn)用該方案對(duì)設(shè)施布局進(jìn)行詳細(xì)布置。通過對(duì)制造企業(yè)設(shè)施布局的重新布置,降低了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本和提高了生產(chǎn)效率。最后對(duì)于SLP法的實(shí)際應(yīng)用做了一個(gè)簡單的總結(jié),并對(duì)制造系統(tǒng)設(shè)施布置設(shè)計(jì)的未來發(fā)展表達(dá)了自己的一些期望。
[Abstract]:In the environment of increasingly fierce global competition, manufacturing enterprises will face continuous and unpredictable global competition. In order to survive in the increasingly fierce competition, manufacturing enterprises must reduce production costs. When the two fields of resources and manpower no longer have the potential to reduce costs, the logistics field still has the potential to reduce costs by a large margin. The main objective of the facility layout is to make the logistics of the enterprise reasonable, smooth and minimized material handling. Most manufacturing enterprises hope to reduce logistics cost by optimizing facility layout instead of investing more money to build new plant. Therefore, how to make use of the existing facilities, through a simple and applicable method of facility layout optimization, provides support for manufacturing enterprises in business decisions. In this paper, the background, development and research status of the paper are described, and the theory of facility planning is summarized. Secondly, in the design of manufacturing system layout, the related theories such as operational research and system engineering are put forward, and the related theories of facility layout are also described. The related contents of the system layout design (SLP) method in the system facility layout technology are also introduced in this paper. Then, the content related to logistics system analysis in facility planning of manufacturing enterprises is explained in detail. Secondly, the system layout design (SLP) method described above is applied to the pipe workshop of a bicycle manufacturing enterprise. The preliminary layout scheme is obtained by using SLP method to analyze the relationship between the unit logistics of the workshop and so on. By comparing and evaluating the preliminary scheme, the optimal scheme is obtained and the layout of the facility is arranged in detail. By rearranging the facility layout of manufacturing enterprises, the production cost is reduced and the production efficiency is improved. Finally, a brief summary of the practical application of the SLP method is given, and some expectations are expressed for the future development of the facility layout design of the manufacturing system.
