【摘要】：齒輪箱作為最常見的機械設備,被廣泛的應用在工業(yè)、農業(yè)、交通、石油等方面。正因為齒輪箱使用上的廣泛性,所以世界各國都對齒輪箱的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測與故障診斷技術十分重視,并投入大量的人力、物力積極開展這方面的技術研究。及時發(fā)現(xiàn)、診斷設備故障并采取有效的措施,增加齒輪箱工作時的安全性和可靠性,降低齒輪箱的維修費用,減少由此帶來的損失,對防止突發(fā)事故具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。 在參閱大量文獻基礎上,對齒輪箱故障特征進行了深入研究,主要包括故障的形式、故障類型及振動機理、故障信號的特點等,并系統(tǒng)分析了齒輪箱故障診斷方法。同時對經(jīng)典的獨立分量分析技術(ICA)進行了詳細分析,描述了ICA模型及快速固定點算法(FASTICA),并對算法進行了仿真實驗,驗證了算法的可行性。 研究了基于量子特征的ICA技術,即將量子理論引入到了ICA算法中,編制了特征提取和故障診斷軟件,并驗證了該算法的可行性。設計了齒輪箱故障診斷實驗方案,對采集的振動信號進行ICA分解,然后對分離的信號提取特征,并以此作為量子自組織特征映射診斷網(wǎng)絡(QSOFM)的輸入,對齒輪箱的4種典型工況進行了故障診斷實驗,QSOFM診斷率達到了90%以上,表明采用該方法提高了故障特征的識別率和診斷率。
[Abstract]:As the most common mechanical equipment , the gearbox is widely used in the fields of industry , agriculture , transportation , petroleum and so on . Because of the wide use of gear box , all the countries in the world attach great importance to the state monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of the gear box , and invest a lot of manpower and material resources to carry out the technical research in this field . In addition , it has found that the diagnosis equipment malfunctions and takes effective measures to increase the safety and reliability of the gear box , reduce the maintenance cost of the gear box and reduce the loss caused thereby , and has great practical significance to prevent the sudden accident .


In this paper , the fault feature of gear box is studied deeply , including the form of fault , the type of fault , the mechanism of vibration , the characteristics of fault signal , etc . The fault diagnosis method of gear box is analyzed in detail . The ICA model and the fast fixed point algorithm ( FASTICA ) are described , and the algorithm is simulated and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified .


This paper studies the ICA technology based on quantum features , introduces the quantum theory into ICA algorithm , develops feature extraction and fault diagnosis software , and verifies the feasibility of the algorithm .
