多骨架模型的自頂向下設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:為解決產(chǎn)品自頂向下設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)完全受控于頂層骨架模型的局限性和設(shè)計(jì)單元重用時(shí)導(dǎo)致參照關(guān)系混亂的現(xiàn)象,提出以多骨架模型對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)信息進(jìn)行分類管理和分層控制的自頂向下設(shè)計(jì)方法。首先根據(jù)骨架模型包含的參數(shù)和在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能定義定位骨架、信息傳遞骨架和設(shè)計(jì)骨架的概念;然后介紹分層遞階的多骨架建模方法。以Pro/E為設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),結(jié)合自卸車產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the design parameters are completely controlled by the top-level skeleton model in the top-down design process, and the confusion of the reference relationship caused by the reuse of the design unit, A top-down design method based on multi-skeleton model for classified management and hierarchical control of design information is proposed. Firstly, the concepts of skeleton, information transfer skeleton and design skeleton are defined according to the parameters contained in the skeleton model and the functions realized in the design process, and then the hierarchical multi-skeleton modeling method is introduced. The feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified by using Pro/E as design platform and an example of product design of dump truck.
