【摘要】：生產(chǎn)線性能作為生產(chǎn)企業(yè)最關(guān)心的問題之一,在企業(yè)的日常生產(chǎn)管理中有著重要的理論和實(shí)際意義。但是生產(chǎn)企業(yè)通常使用一些諸如生產(chǎn)效率,生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)能,在制品庫存等獨(dú)立的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評價(jià),同時(shí)也發(fā)現(xiàn)有一些目標(biāo)之間本身就是一個(gè)相互影響,相互矛盾的關(guān)系,使企業(yè)對于如何正確評價(jià)生產(chǎn)線性能,如何平衡各指標(biāo)的關(guān)系變得困難。本文從企業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際出發(fā),在深入研究企業(yè)產(chǎn)品制造工藝和生產(chǎn)線特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,使用工廠物理學(xué)相關(guān)理論對生產(chǎn)線性能評估做了一些創(chuàng)新性和探索性的研究,主要內(nèi)容為: 1.以工廠物理學(xué)的里特定律的基本理論為依據(jù),建立一個(gè)以制造周期,在制品,生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)出三個(gè)維度的關(guān)系矩陣。同時(shí)根據(jù)合理的數(shù)學(xué)假設(shè),在理論最優(yōu)、理論最差、假定實(shí)際三種內(nèi)部標(biāo)桿評價(jià)體系的基礎(chǔ)上對生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行評估分析。 2.深入研究半導(dǎo)體制造過程的自身特點(diǎn),通過收集生產(chǎn)線實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)過數(shù)學(xué)分析的合理轉(zhuǎn)化,將生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)處理為符合模型規(guī)范的參數(shù),并進(jìn)行實(shí)際評估,并根據(jù)評估結(jié)果給出一些合乎實(shí)際的改進(jìn)建議。 3.生產(chǎn)線性能評估系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。將上述評價(jià)理論,使用流程分析的方法,提出功能需求,建立E-R(關(guān)系實(shí)體圖),軟件運(yùn)行環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì),再通過ASP.NET建立數(shù)據(jù)庫概念模型及物理模型。最后在VisualStudio2008平臺和IIS Web服務(wù)器之下實(shí)現(xiàn)評估系統(tǒng)的功能。
[Abstract]:Production line performance, as one of the most concerned issues in production enterprises, has important theoretical and practical significance in the daily production management of enterprises. However, manufacturing enterprises usually use independent indicators such as production efficiency, production line capacity, in-process inventory and so on. At the same time, they also find that there are some objectives that themselves are a mutually affecting and contradictory relationship. It is difficult for enterprises to evaluate the performance of production line correctly and balance the relation of each index. On the basis of deep research on manufacturing process and production line characteristics of enterprises, this paper makes some innovative and exploratory research on the performance evaluation of production line by using relevant theories of factory physics. The main contents are as follows: 1. Based on the basic theory of Ritter's law in factory physics, a relational matrix of three dimensions, manufacturing cycle, in-process and production, is established. At the same time, according to the reasonable mathematical hypothesis, the production is evaluated and analyzed on the basis of the optimal theory, the worst theory, and the assumption of three kinds of internal benchmarking evaluation system. 2. This paper deeply studies the characteristics of semiconductor manufacturing process, through collecting the actual data of the production line, through the reasonable transformation of mathematical analysis, the production data is processed into the parameters that conform to the model specification, and the actual evaluation is carried out. According to the evaluation results, some practical suggestions for improvement are given. 3. Production line performance evaluation system development. Based on the above evaluation theory and the method of flow analysis, the functional requirements are put forward, E-R( Relational entity Diagram) and software running environment are designed, and then the conceptual model and physical model of database are established through ASP.NET. Finally, the function of evaluation system is realized under VisualStudio2008 platform and IIS Web server.
