離子液體作為鋼-聚四氟乙烯潤(rùn)滑劑的摩擦學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:采用微動(dòng)摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)考察了不同條件下三種離子液體作為鋼/聚四氟乙烯潤(rùn)滑劑的摩擦學(xué)性能,并與傳統(tǒng)潤(rùn)滑油聚α-烯烴(PAO)及干摩擦條件下的摩擦學(xué)性能做了對(duì)比.采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)及X射線光電子能譜儀(XPS)對(duì)磨斑表面進(jìn)行了分析.結(jié)果表明:在變載變頻試驗(yàn)條件下,三種離子液體與PAO的減摩抗磨性能相當(dāng);而在長(zhǎng)磨試驗(yàn)條件下,離子液體均表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)于PAO的摩擦學(xué)性能.原因是離子液體分子中的N、P、O等活性元素在摩擦過程中與聚四氟乙烯基底發(fā)生了摩擦化學(xué)反應(yīng),形成了具有潤(rùn)滑作用的化合物邊界潤(rùn)滑膜,有效抑制了摩擦副的直接接觸,而且該潤(rùn)滑膜的性能優(yōu)于PAO潤(rùn)滑下形成的保護(hù)膜,從而使離子液體表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)于PAO的摩擦學(xué)性能.
[Abstract]:The tribological properties of three ionic liquids as steel / polytetrafluoroethylene lubricants under different conditions were investigated by microdynamic friction and wear tester, and compared with the tribological properties of the traditional lubricating oil polyolefin (PAO) and dry friction conditions. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were applied to the surface of the grinding spot. The results show that the friction reducing and anti-wear properties of the three ionic liquids and PAO are equal under the variable load frequency test conditions, and the ionic liquids all exhibit better tribological properties than PAO under the long grinding test conditions. The reason is that the N, P, O and other active elements in the ionic liquid molecules have been rubbed with the polytetrafluoroethylene base during the friction process. The chemical reaction has formed a compound boundary lubricating film with a lubricant, which effectively inhibits the direct contact of the friction pair, and the performance of the film is superior to the protective film formed under the PAO lubrication, thus making the ionic liquid exhibit a tribological performance superior to that of the PAO.
