基于PDM的葉片工藝數(shù)字化研究

【摘要】:當今信息時代,信息化是企業(yè)有效占領市場的重要手段。圍繞產(chǎn)品全生命周期,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部與外部的信息集成、過程集成是企業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢。大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)模式的出現(xiàn),迫使制造型企業(yè)縮短產(chǎn)品制造周期,快速響應多變的市場需求。而在制造型企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中,生產(chǎn)技術準備環(huán)節(jié)占據(jù)了大量時間,其主要包括工藝管理與工藝設計兩方面內(nèi)容。因此實現(xiàn)工藝過程管理與工藝設計數(shù)字化是企業(yè)縮短制造周期,提高企業(yè)整體效率的關鍵所在。 本課題針對某葉片制造企業(yè)在工藝設計過程中遇到的問題,結合產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理技術,分析研究了工藝設計過程與工藝設計方法,并提出了相應解決方案。 首先,結合企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展趨勢分析了產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理在工藝設計中的作用,并從總體上分析了工藝數(shù)字化的含義以及產(chǎn)生背景。產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理作為實現(xiàn)企業(yè)信息集成的基礎,管理與產(chǎn)品相關的技術文檔與業(yè)務流程,為企業(yè)提供了完備的信息共享平臺。工藝是企業(yè)中各種資源信息共同作用的結果,是多種信息的交匯點。闡明了課題研究的必要性與實用性。 其次,針對企業(yè)的需求詳細分析了工藝設計過程,明確企業(yè)的業(yè)務流程,并實現(xiàn)對工藝設計過程及文檔的管理。將企業(yè)中的產(chǎn)品視為項目,按照項目管理的思想對工藝任務進行分解,同時按照“自頂而下、逐層細化”的原則對企業(yè)業(yè)務流程離散化具體化。并針對具體技術文檔(即任務元)指定相應的任務簽審流程,運用產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)流程的數(shù)字化、可視化。 在對工藝文件管理的基礎上,分析研究葉片工藝規(guī)程的具體內(nèi)容。課題所研究的對象為葉片,,形狀極不規(guī)則并且質(zhì)量要求較高。為實現(xiàn)葉片工藝的數(shù)字化,采用成組技術將主要產(chǎn)品分類,分析葉片的特征信息以及工藝信息,建立了葉片特征模型。在此基礎上制定特征編碼規(guī)則以實現(xiàn)特征信息的數(shù)字化;提出了衡量產(chǎn)品相似的算法,方便提取具有相似特征的工藝實例,通過人機交互實現(xiàn)新品工藝的設計。 最后,運用PowerBuilder9.0開發(fā)了一套工藝數(shù)字化原型系統(tǒng)。對產(chǎn)品編碼、檢索相似產(chǎn)品以及人機交互工藝設計等模塊作了詳細介紹,初步實現(xiàn)了葉片工藝數(shù)字化。
[Abstract]:In the information age, information is an important means for enterprises to occupy the market effectively. The process integration is the inevitable trend of enterprise development, which focuses on the whole product life cycle and realizes the information integration inside and outside the enterprise. The emergence of mass customization (MC) has forced manufacturing enterprises to shorten the manufacturing cycle and respond to the changing market demand. In the process of production and management of manufacturing enterprises, production technology preparation takes up a lot of time, which mainly includes two aspects: process management and process planning. Therefore, realizing process management and process planning digitalization is the key to shorten the manufacturing cycle and improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise. In view of the problems encountered in the process planning of a blade manufacturing enterprise, combining with the technology of product data management, the process planning process and the process planning method are analyzed and studied, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. Firstly, the function of product data management in process planning is analyzed according to the development trend of enterprise informatization, and the meaning and background of process digitization are analyzed as a whole. As the foundation of enterprise information integration, product data management provides a complete information sharing platform for enterprises by managing the technical documents and business processes related to products. Process is the result of all kinds of resource information in enterprise, and it is the intersection of many kinds of information. The necessity and practicability of the research are expounded. Secondly, the process of process planning is analyzed in detail to meet the needs of the enterprise, and the business process of the enterprise is clarified, and the process of process planning and the management of documents are realized. The product in the enterprise is regarded as a project, the process task is decomposed according to the idea of project management, and the business process is discretized and concretized according to the principle of "from top to bottom, layer by layer refinement". According to the specific technical documents (I. E. task element), the corresponding task checking process is assigned, and the process is digitized and visualized by using the product data management system. Based on the management of process documents, the specific contents of blade process rules are analyzed and studied. The object of study is blade, which is irregular in shape and high in quality. In order to realize the digitization of the blade process, the main products were classified by group technology, and the characteristic information and process information of the blade were analyzed, and the blade characteristic model was established. On this basis, the feature coding rules are formulated to realize the digitalization of feature information, and an algorithm to measure the similarity of products is proposed, which is convenient to extract process examples with similar features, and realizes the process design of new products through man-machine interaction. Finally, a set of process digitization prototype system is developed by using PowerBuilder9.0. The modules of product coding, retrieval of similar products and human-computer interaction process design are introduced in detail, and the digitization of blade process is preliminarily realized.
