物料在正弦泵內(nèi)的流動分析及泵的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:正弦泵是一種新型容積泵,它的核心部件——葉輪具有正弦波的形狀,葉輪這種獨特的設計使得它在輸送物料時對物料基本不產(chǎn)生剪切,并且保證在輸送過程中正弦泵的流量脈動幾乎為零。正弦泵應用廣泛,可以用于食品行業(yè)、飲料行業(yè)、化妝品行業(yè)和化工行業(yè)等,它的優(yōu)良性能讓客戶受益匪淺。雖然正弦泵應用廣泛,但國內(nèi)外關(guān)于正弦泵的資料非常少,對其研究方法的闡述更是缺乏。針對這一問題,本文對正弦泵的結(jié)構(gòu)進行了基本的研究,期望能為其設計提供一些方法和思路。 本文介紹了正弦泵的工作原理、技術(shù)特點和應用情況,并闡述了正弦泵的研究現(xiàn)狀。本文從研究正弦泵葉輪的結(jié)構(gòu)入手,建立了葉輪曲面的數(shù)學模型,得到了該曲面的基本性質(zhì);推導出正弦泵瞬時流量及排量的公式,定性地分析了正弦泵的效率;討論了正弦泵所能夠容納的球形物料的最大尺寸,并對葉輪及刮板的結(jié)構(gòu)進行了優(yōu)化設計,同時設計了正弦泵的其他關(guān)鍵零件如刮板導向裝置、襯墊、泵殼及主軸;從理論上簡單分析了流體在正弦泵內(nèi)的運動情況,并在FLUENT流體模擬軟件中對正弦泵的流場進行了簡單的模擬,得到其壓力場、速度場及湍流強度的分布情況,為正弦泵葉輪的進一步優(yōu)化設計提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Sinusoidal pump is a new type of volumetric pump. Its core component, impeller, has the shape of sine wave. The flow pulsation of sinusoidal pump is almost zero. Sinusoidal pump is widely used in food industry, beverage industry, cosmetics industry and chemical industry. Although sinusoidal pump is widely used, there is very little information about sinusoidal pump at home and abroad. In order to solve this problem, the structure of sinusoidal pump is studied in this paper, and it is expected to provide some methods and ideas for the design of sinusoidal pump. This paper introduces the working principle, technical characteristics and application of sinusoidal pump, and expounds the research status of sinusoidal pump. In this paper, starting with the study of the structure of sinusoidal pump impeller, the mathematical model of impeller surface is established, the basic properties of the surface are obtained, the formulas of instantaneous flow rate and displacement of sinusoidal pump are derived, and the efficiency of sinusoidal pump is qualitatively analyzed. This paper discusses the maximum size of spherical material that sinusoidal pump can hold, and optimizes the structure of impeller and scraper. At the same time, other key parts of sinusoidal pump such as scraper guide device, liner, pump shell and main shaft are designed. The flow field of sinusoidal pump is simply simulated in FLUENT fluid simulation software, and the distribution of pressure field, velocity field and turbulence intensity are obtained. It provides theoretical basis for further optimization design of sinusoidal pump impeller.
