【摘要】:摘要:隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)對(duì)高生產(chǎn)率的不斷追求,機(jī)械設(shè)備的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度不斷提高,隨之帶來(lái)的慣性作用明顯增加,由此產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng)、噪聲等問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重影響機(jī)器的工作性能和使用壽命。為了適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代機(jī)械發(fā)展中高速、精密的主要特征,同時(shí)提高機(jī)械的動(dòng)力性能,必須對(duì)機(jī)械的平衡問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入研究,探求減小慣性作用的不良影響,改善機(jī)械動(dòng)力品質(zhì)的新方法。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外平衡方法的研究,提出通過(guò)引入控制系統(tǒng)來(lái)主動(dòng)地平衡機(jī)械的慣性作用,同時(shí)將主動(dòng)平衡裝置與減速器進(jìn)行集成設(shè)計(jì),得到兼具平衡與減速功能的新型平衡裝置。 首先基于鄰接矩陣與圖論表示對(duì)兩自由度差動(dòng)輪系進(jìn)行概念設(shè)計(jì),確定了基于2K-H型差動(dòng)輪系的研究對(duì)象,提出了主動(dòng)平衡減速器的選型原則。 然后以平面單自由度剛性機(jī)構(gòu)的平衡為目標(biāo),對(duì)主動(dòng)平衡減速器進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)與動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,基于此結(jié)果對(duì)主動(dòng)平衡減速器進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)和控制參數(shù)的分析與優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),驗(yàn)證了主動(dòng)平衡減速器在改善機(jī)械動(dòng)力性能和獲得更佳平衡效果方面的可行性。 最后,對(duì)主動(dòng)平衡減速器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)主要零部件進(jìn)行了選型和設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)了機(jī)構(gòu)的控制系統(tǒng),并對(duì)其后續(xù)實(shí)驗(yàn)提出了幾種實(shí)驗(yàn)方案。 本文工作將為動(dòng)力平衡的新方法的后續(xù)研究與發(fā)展提供理論和設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the continuous pursuit of high productivity in modern society, the operation speed of mechanical equipment is increasing, and the consequent inertia effect is obviously increased, and the resulting vibration, noise and other problems seriously affect the working performance and service life of the machine. In order to adapt to the high speed in the development of modern machinery and equipment, the main features of precision are improved at the same time. The dynamic performance of machinery must be studied in depth to find out a new way to reduce the adverse effects of inertia and improve the dynamic quality of machinery.
Through the study of the balance method at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that the control system is introduced to actively balance the inertia of the machinery. At the same time, the integrated design of the active balance device and the reducer is carried out, and a new balance device with the function of balance and deceleration is obtained.
First, based on the adjacency matrix and graph theory, the concept of the two degree of freedom differential gear system is designed, and the research object based on the 2K-H differential gear train is determined, and the selection principle of the active balance reducer is put forward.
Then the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the active balance retarder is carried out with the objective of the balance of the plane single degree of freedom rigid mechanism. Based on this result, the structure and control parameters of the active balance reducer are analyzed and optimized. It is proved that the active balance retarder can improve the mechanical dynamic performance and obtain better balance effect. The feasibility of the aspect.
Finally, the structure of the active balance retarder test rig is designed, the main parts are selected and designed, and the control system of the mechanism is designed, and several experimental schemes are put forward for the follow-up experiment.
This work will provide theoretical and design basis for further research and development of new methods of dynamic balance.
