基于可拓實(shí)例推理的起重機(jī)械裝配序列規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:計(jì)算機(jī)輔助裝配工藝規(guī)劃(CAAPP)一直是裝配工藝研究的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容。隨著起重機(jī)械數(shù)字化制造工程的發(fā)展,由于起重機(jī)械的復(fù)雜性,如何開發(fā)起重機(jī)械裝配工藝設(shè)計(jì)的智能系統(tǒng),同時(shí)提高起重機(jī)械裝配工藝設(shè)計(jì)的效率成為了起重機(jī)械行業(yè)中迫切需要解決的問題之一。本文針對這一問題,以起重機(jī)零部件裝配序列規(guī)劃為研究對象,提出構(gòu)建基于實(shí)例推理的起重機(jī)械裝配序列規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)的設(shè)想,對裝配知識(shí)的獲取、推理、管理及應(yīng)用等方面進(jìn)行了研究,開發(fā)了相應(yīng)的原型系統(tǒng)。論文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 1.根據(jù)目前起重機(jī)械制造業(yè)的數(shù)字化裝配工藝規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建了基于實(shí)例推理的起重機(jī)械裝配序列規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)的基本框架,確定由Oracle XML DB作為裝配實(shí)例庫的底層支撐數(shù)據(jù)庫,設(shè)計(jì)了基于可拓實(shí)例推理模塊與基于知識(shí)的沖突消解模塊,并給出了實(shí)例庫完善方法; 2.結(jié)合起重機(jī)械的裝配結(jié)構(gòu)特征,建立了基于可拓知識(shí)的裝配模型與基于可拓距的相似度計(jì)算模型,提出了一種基于可拓關(guān)系的裝配模塊劃分方法,并將其應(yīng)用于雙梁橋式起重機(jī)的小車。 3.研究了針對起重機(jī)械的裝配實(shí)例表示方式與實(shí)例組織結(jié)構(gòu),在分析了起重機(jī)械的裝配結(jié)構(gòu)特征之后,為起重機(jī)裝配實(shí)例庫構(gòu)建了索引機(jī)制,并給出了起重機(jī)裝配特征獲取方案與檢索和限制策略。研究了基于可拓知識(shí)的相似度計(jì)算模型的檢索功能,并將Delphi法與AHP法應(yīng)用于權(quán)值確定方法; 4.綜合論文對起重機(jī)械裝配序列規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)的理論研究,開發(fā)了基于實(shí)例推理技術(shù)的起重機(jī)裝配序列規(guī)劃系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了起重機(jī)械裝配序列規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)的智能化集成,以雙梁橋式起重機(jī)主梁為例進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用,并與基于優(yōu)先關(guān)系的規(guī)劃方法進(jìn)行了比較。 5.最后對全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對論文的進(jìn)一步研究進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Computer aided assembly process planning (CAAPP) has been an important part of assembly process research. With the development of the digital manufacturing engineering of hoisting machinery, how to develop the intelligent system of assembly process design for hoisting machinery, due to the complexity of hoisting machinery, At the same time, improving the efficiency of assembly process design of hoisting machinery has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in hoisting machinery industry. Aiming at this problem, this paper takes the assembly sequence planning of crane parts as the research object, and puts forward the idea of constructing the assembly sequence planning system of crane machinery based on case-based reasoning, the acquisition and reasoning of assembly knowledge. The management and application are studied and the corresponding prototype system is developed. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. According to the present situation of digital assembly process planning in hoisting machinery manufacturing industry, the basic framework of assembly sequence planning system of lifting machinery based on case-based reasoning is constructed, and Oracle XML DB is selected as the underlying support database of assembly case library. The extension based case reasoning module and the knowledge based conflict resolution module are designed, and the method to improve the case base is given. 2. According to the characteristics of assembly structure of hoisting machinery, the similarity calculation model based on extension distance and extension knowledge is established, and an assembly module partition method based on extension relation is proposed. It is applied to the trolley of double girder bridge crane. 3. This paper studies the assembly case representation and case organization structure of crane. After analyzing the characteristics of assembly structure of crane, the indexing mechanism is constructed for the assembly case library of crane. The method of obtaining crane assembly feature and the strategy of retrieval and restriction are also given. The retrieval function of similarity calculation model based on extension knowledge is studied, and the Delphi and AHP methods are applied to the weight determination method. 4. In this paper, a crane assembly sequence planning system based on case-based reasoning is developed, and the intelligent integration of crane assembly sequence planning system is realized. This paper takes the main girder of double girder bridge crane as an example and compares it with the planning method based on priority relation. 5. Finally, the thesis is summarized and the further research is prospected.
