【摘要】：論文以裝載機(jī)的變速操縱系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,首先介紹了裝載機(jī)變速操縱系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,從手動(dòng)變速到自動(dòng)變速,自動(dòng)變速中從開(kāi)關(guān)閥換檔到比例閥換檔,引出論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容——開(kāi)發(fā)一套依托于比例閥換檔的自動(dòng)變速操縱系統(tǒng)。接著介紹了變速操縱系統(tǒng)的換檔規(guī)律,并結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)換檔規(guī)律的不足,提出了基于模糊控制的換檔控制策略,該換檔策略整合了駕駛者的操作意圖,自動(dòng)進(jìn)行檔位運(yùn)算和選擇合適的換檔時(shí)機(jī),進(jìn)而開(kāi)發(fā)了相應(yīng)的自動(dòng)換檔控制器。結(jié)合實(shí)際工況,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新結(jié)構(gòu)的比例換檔閥,并建立了該比例換檔閥的數(shù)學(xué)模型和仿真模型,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了全面的理論研究。然后對(duì)這一套系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了臺(tái)架試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：比例換檔閥換檔的壓力曲線和理論換檔曲線基本吻合,能實(shí)現(xiàn)平穩(wěn)換檔,改善換檔品質(zhì)。并提出了換檔策略的驗(yàn)證方案。最后論文總結(jié)了全文的成果和對(duì)尚未完善的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the variable speed control system of loader is taken as the research object. First, the research status of the loader variable speed control system is introduced. From manual transmission to automatic transmission, and from the switch valve to the proportional valve shift in automatic transmission, the research content of the paper is drawn out - a set of automatic variable speed control system based on the proportional valve shift is developed. The shift regulation of variable speed control system is introduced, and the shift control strategy based on fuzzy control is put forward based on the shortage of traditional shift regulation. The shift strategy integrates the driver's operation intention, automatically carries out the gear position operation and selects the appropriate shift timing, and then develops the corresponding automatic shift controller. A new type of proportional gear shift valve is designed, and the mathematical model and simulation model of the proportional shift valve are set up, and a comprehensive theoretical study is carried out. Then a bench test is carried out on this system. The test results show that the pressure curve of the shift valve in the proportional shift valve is basically consistent with the theoretical shift curve, and can achieve a smooth shift. Finally, the paper summarizes the results and prospects for the imperfect work.
