【摘要】:機械傳動設(shè)備作為機械系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,是眾多機械設(shè)備正常工作的關(guān)鍵部件之一,F(xiàn)代機械傳動設(shè)備的自動化、系統(tǒng)化、復(fù)雜化和精密化程度越來越高,從而對機械傳動設(shè)備狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測和故障診斷技術(shù)提出了更高的要求。傳統(tǒng)的機械傳動設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)由于安裝不便、成本較高、噪聲干擾較大以及測量精度較低等缺點,很難滿足現(xiàn)代機械傳動系統(tǒng)的要求。隨著嵌入式技術(shù)、現(xiàn)代電子技術(shù)和無線通信技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,使得一些從機械角度方面解決較困難的問題,可從電子信號處理和通信方面來解決,使其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,應(yīng)用范圍更廣。 針對傳統(tǒng)的機械傳動設(shè)備狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的不足,本文進行了基于ARM嵌入式技術(shù)的機械傳動設(shè)備狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)。本系統(tǒng)采用基于模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器的比值測量法來進行數(shù)據(jù)測量,直接將傳感器安裝在所需監(jiān)測的位置,感知其局部區(qū)域變化引起的最強傳感信號,從而大大提高了信號的可信度和可靠度。系統(tǒng)采用ARM微控制器LPC1768作為核心控制器件來控制各個模塊有序工作;儀表放大器AD8221作為信號調(diào)理器件對前端傳感器采集的與扭矩成正比的電壓信號進行濾波和放大處理;AD7699高性能模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器作為數(shù)據(jù)采樣器件實現(xiàn)對模擬信號的A/D采樣;NAND FLASH存儲芯片作為外部存儲器實現(xiàn)對大量數(shù)據(jù)的可靠保存;CC1101RF芯片作為無線通信器件實現(xiàn)對數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)字調(diào)制、解調(diào)和無線傳輸;功耗控制模塊實現(xiàn)對各個電路模塊的供電都軟件可控,從而降低系統(tǒng)的功耗。通過引入μC/OS II嵌入式實時操作系統(tǒng)來調(diào)度各個模塊任務(wù)程序的運行,實現(xiàn)對模擬信號的采集和調(diào)理、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、無線傳輸以及在上位機實時顯示等功能。 根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案,開發(fā)出了具有微型化、低功耗、抗干擾能力強及實時性和可靠性高等特點的嵌入式信號采集、存儲及實時傳輸系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了采集數(shù)據(jù)高速和低誤碼率的傳輸,實時獲取了特殊環(huán)境下機械傳動設(shè)備關(guān)鍵旋轉(zhuǎn)部件的扭矩信號。系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成功用于實際項目測試中,,在工業(yè)現(xiàn)場實時獲取了機械傳動設(shè)備在各種工況下的運行狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),取得了良好的測試效果。
[Abstract]:As an important part of mechanical system, mechanical transmission equipment is one of the key components in the normal operation of many mechanical equipment. The degree of automation, systematization, complexity and precision of modern mechanical transmission equipment is becoming higher and higher, which puts forward higher requirements for on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of mechanical transmission equipment. The traditional mechanical transmission equipment condition monitoring system is difficult to meet the requirements of modern mechanical transmission system because of the disadvantages of inconvenient installation, high cost, large noise interference and low measurement precision. With the rapid development of embedded technology, modern electronic technology and wireless communication technology, some more difficult problems can be solved from the mechanical point of view, which can be solved from the aspects of electronic signal processing and communication, making its structure simple. The scope of application is wider. Aiming at the deficiency of the traditional on-line monitoring system of mechanical transmission equipment, this paper researches and develops the on-line monitoring system of mechanical transmission equipment condition based on ARM embedded technology. In this system, the ratio measurement method based on A / D converter is used to measure the data, and the sensor is directly installed in the monitoring position to perceive the strongest sensing signal caused by the change of local region. Thus, the reliability and reliability of the signal are greatly improved. The ARM microcontroller LPC1768 is used as the core controller to control the orderly operation of each module. Filter and Amplification of Voltage signal in proportion to torque collected by Front end Sensor using instrument Amplifier AD8221 as data Sampler High performance A / D Converter realizes A / D sampling of Analog signal The sample NAND FLASH memory chip is used as the external memory to realize the reliable storage of a large amount of data. The CC1101RF chip is used as a wireless communication device to realize the digital modulation of the data. Demodulation and wireless transmission, power control module can control the power supply of each circuit module, thus reducing the power consumption of the system. The 渭 C/OS II embedded real-time operating system is introduced to schedule the task program of each module. The functions of acquisition and conditioning of analog signals, data storage, wireless transmission and real-time display on host computer are realized. According to the system design, an embedded signal acquisition, storage and real-time transmission system is developed, which has the characteristics of miniaturization, low power consumption, strong anti-interference ability and high real-time and reliability. The transmission of high speed and low bit error rate (BER) is realized, and the torque signal of the key rotating parts of the mechanical transmission equipment under the special environment is obtained in real time. The system has been successfully used in the actual project testing. The running state data of the mechanical transmission equipment under various working conditions have been obtained in real time in the industrial field, and good test results have been obtained.
