【摘要】：本文結合國家重點基礎研究發(fā)展計劃項目“復雜空氣分離類成套裝備超大型化與低能耗化的關鍵科學問題”(編號：2011CB706505)和國家自然科學基金項目“微弱沖擊信號的提取與識別技術”(編號：51175466)對離心式壓縮機軸心軌跡的提純、識別及其故障診斷系統(tǒng)進行了研究。 第一章：介紹了離心式壓縮機的工作原理和結構特點；闡述了離心式壓縮機軸心軌跡自動識別與其故障診斷系統(tǒng)的研究意義；分析了軸心軌跡提純、特征提取、模式識別的現有方法；提出了論文研究內容和全文的框架。 第二章：分析了幾種常見故障的軸心軌跡特點,給出了轉子不平衡、轉子不對中、支持系統(tǒng)松動、動靜碰摩等幾種常見故障的力學模型,探討了對應的軸心軌形狀及其故障特征。 第三章：分析了基于小波變換、小波包的去噪方法。探討了諧波小波的特點,引入了一種基于漢寧窗和小波包的諧波小波改進方法,以此提純軸心軌跡,并進行了實驗分析。 第四章：分析了小波矩的構造方法；提出了基于離散尺度的小波矩特征選擇方法；以所選擇的小波矩特征為輸入、以支持向量機為模式識別工具,建立了軸心軌跡的識別方法,并進行了實驗驗證。 第五章：給出了離心式壓縮機故障診斷系統(tǒng)總體架構設計�；贚abVIEW設計了系統(tǒng)中的主要功能模塊,進行了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。 第六章：總結全文內容,對下一步研究提出了展望。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the National key basic Research and Development Program, "key Scientific problems in the Ultra-large and low Energy consumption of complex Air Separation complete sets" (No.: 2011CB706505) and the National Natural Science Foundation Project "weak impact signal" Extraction and Identification techniques "(No. 51175466) for the purification of the axial trajectory of centrifugal compressors, Identification and fault diagnosis system are studied. In the first chapter, the working principle and structure characteristics of centrifugal compressor are introduced, the research significance of automatic identification of axis track and fault diagnosis system of centrifugal compressor is expounded, the purification of axis trajectory and feature extraction are analyzed. The existing methods of pattern recognition and the research contents and the framework of the thesis are presented. In the second chapter, the characteristics of axis track of several common faults are analyzed, and the mechanical models of rotor unbalance, rotor misalignment, support system loosening, dynamic and static impact are given. The corresponding axial rail shape and its fault characteristics are discussed. Chapter 3: wavelet packet denoising method based on wavelet transform is analyzed. This paper discusses the characteristics of harmonic wavelet and introduces an improved method of harmonic wavelet based on Hanning window and wavelet packet to purify the orbit of axis center. Chapter 4: the construction method of wavelet moment is analyzed, the wavelet moment feature selection method based on discrete scale is put forward, the selected wavelet moment feature is used as input, and the support vector machine is used as pattern recognition tool. The experimental results are verified. Chapter 5: the overall frame design of centrifugal compressor fault diagnosis system is given. The main function modules of the system are designed based on LabVIEW, and the system is developed. Chapter six: summarize the content of the full text and put forward the prospect of the next research.
