基于ANSYS對工裝動剛度的有限元分析

【摘要】:動剛度是衡量結(jié)構(gòu)抵抗預(yù)定動態(tài)激擾能力的特性,動剛度愈大,機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)在動態(tài)激振力作用下的振動量愈小,其抗振性能愈強(qiáng)。力學(xué)試驗(yàn)工裝的動剛度越大,抗振性能愈強(qiáng),越能將振動臺的運(yùn)動正確的傳遞給試驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品,越能模擬產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際振動情況。 ANSYS作為有限元領(lǐng)域的大型CAE通用分析軟件,集結(jié)構(gòu)、熱、流體、電磁和聲學(xué)于一體,以其多物理耦合分析的先進(jìn)技術(shù)和理念,在國防領(lǐng)域和研究方面都有著廣泛而深入的研究。 本論文經(jīng)過實(shí)例,論述了采用現(xiàn)代的設(shè)計(jì)方法,對力學(xué)試驗(yàn)工裝進(jìn)行模型設(shè)計(jì)后,基于ANSYS的有限元分析,大大提高了工裝的動剛度,優(yōu)化了設(shè)計(jì)方案,改善了隨時間變化的載荷對力學(xué)試驗(yàn)工裝結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,使工裝的一階固有頻率由原始設(shè)計(jì)的872Hz提高到了2119Hz,滿足產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)文件規(guī)定的力學(xué)試驗(yàn)要求。 通過對力學(xué)試驗(yàn)工裝動剛度的有限元分析,能提高工裝的一階固有頻率,增強(qiáng)工裝的抗振性能,其效果很好,具有很高的理論價(jià)值,對武器型號電子產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)有很好的借鑒和參考作用。
[Abstract]:The dynamic stiffness is the characteristic of structure resistance to predetermined dynamic disturbance, the greater the dynamic stiffness, the smaller the vibration of the mechanical structure under the dynamic excitation force, the stronger its vibration resistance. The greater the dynamic stiffness of the mechanical test tooling, the stronger the anti vibration performance, and the more accurate the motion of the vibration table to the test product, and the more it can simulate the real product. Interplanetary vibration.
ANSYS is a large CAE general analysis software for the finite element field, which integrates structure, heat, fluid, electromagnetic and acoustics. With its advanced technology and concept of multi physical coupling analysis, it has extensive and deep research in the field of national defense and research.
After an example, this paper expounds the use of modern design method, after the model design of the mechanical test tooling, based on the finite element analysis of ANSYS, greatly improves the dynamic stiffness of the tooling, optimizes the design scheme, and improves the influence of the load on the mechanical test tooling structure with the change of time, so that the first natural frequency of the tooling is from the original. The designed 872Hz is raised to 2119Hz, which meets the mechanical test requirements specified in the product design document.
Through the finite element analysis of the dynamic stiffness of the mechanical test, the first order natural frequency of the tooling can be improved and the anti vibration performance of the tooling is enhanced. The effect is very good and has a high theoretical value. It has a good reference and reference function for the design of the electronic products of the weapon model.
