【摘要】：產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理(PDM)是一門管理與產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的信息（包括電子文件、數(shù)字化文檔、數(shù)據(jù)庫記錄等）和與產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的過程（包括工作流流程和工程更改）的理論與技術(shù)。它為設(shè)計(jì)人員提供了貫穿產(chǎn)品全生命周期的信息管理平臺(tái)，并且能為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和制造搭建一個(gè)企業(yè)級(jí)的并行化協(xié)同環(huán)境。 本文以中德變速器公司的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)為應(yīng)用背景，從公司的需求出發(fā)，采用量化比較的評估方法，提出了選用基于CAXA的企業(yè)PDM系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的解決方案。結(jié)合企業(yè)的組織架構(gòu)及管理模式，對企業(yè)PDM系統(tǒng)的信息模型進(jìn)行研究，建立符合企業(yè)特點(diǎn)的PDM系統(tǒng)信息模型，包括：企業(yè)人員組織模型，建立人員與角色的對應(yīng)關(guān)系，并按企業(yè)的需求進(jìn)行角色權(quán)限設(shè)置；產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)模型將企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品圖紙?jiān)赑DM系統(tǒng)中以產(chǎn)品樹的形式進(jìn)行管理，其他類型的文件在PDM系統(tǒng)中以文檔樹的形式管理。研究企業(yè)的工作流模型，將企業(yè)的圖紙審批發(fā)布流程、文件編制審批流程、設(shè)計(jì)更改流程在PDM系統(tǒng)中結(jié)構(gòu)化，實(shí)現(xiàn)這些流程的自動(dòng)化。最后詳細(xì)介紹了公司PDM系統(tǒng)實(shí)施及實(shí)例應(yīng)用情況，，總結(jié)了實(shí)施后給公司帶來設(shè)計(jì)圖紙、文檔管理更規(guī)范、更標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)計(jì)流程實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)流轉(zhuǎn)的效果，評價(jià)了PDM給公司帶來的設(shè)計(jì)人員工作效率提升、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及制造成本有效降低、提高無形技術(shù)資產(chǎn)重用率方面的效益。
[Abstract]:Product data management (PDM) is a theory and technology for managing product related information (including electronic documents, digital documents, database records, etc.) and product-related processes (including workflow processes and engineering changes). It provides designers with an information management platform running through the product lifecycle and builds an enterprise-level parallelized collaborative environment for product design and manufacturing. Taking the product design of China and Germany transmission company as the application background, starting from the company's demand and adopting the evaluation method of quantitative comparison, this paper puts forward a solution to choose the enterprise PDM system planning and design based on CAXA. Combined with the organization structure and management mode of the enterprise, the information model of the enterprise PDM system is studied, and the information model of the PDM system which accords with the characteristics of the enterprise is established, including: the organization model of the enterprise personnel, the corresponding relationship between the personnel and the role, The product data model manages the product drawings in the form of product tree in the PDM system, and the other types of files are managed in the form of document tree in the PDM system. The workflow model of the enterprise is studied. The drawing approval and release process, the document approval process and the design change process are structured in the PDM system to realize the automation of these processes. Finally, the implementation of PDM system and its application are introduced in detail, and the effect of automatic flow of design flow is summarized, which brings to the company design drawings, more standardized document management and more standard design flow. The efficiency of designers brought by PDM is evaluated, the cost of product design and manufacture is reduced effectively, and the efficiency of reusing intangible technical assets is improved.
