【摘要】：針對受力狀態(tài)映射法作為辨識非線性結(jié)合部參數(shù)重要方法具有物理意義明確、辨識準(zhǔn)確等特點(diǎn),而實(shí)際辨識試驗(yàn)時(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)某些參數(shù)難以測定、致辨識過程困難等問題,提出結(jié)合子結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)綜合法的受力狀態(tài)映射法,可有效解決該問題。參數(shù)辨識過程中對模型易出現(xiàn)的缺失項(xiàng)及冗余項(xiàng),利用基于TSVD(Truncated Singular Value Decomposition)正則化方法的模型迭代修正法。仿真模型表明,修正模型較精確模型誤差小、辨識精度高。通過對導(dǎo)軌結(jié)合部進(jìn)行參數(shù)辨識實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,證明辨識方法的有效性及準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:As an important method for identifying nonlinear joint parameters, the mechanical state mapping method has the characteristics of clear physical meaning and accurate identification. However, some structural parameters are difficult to be measured in actual identification tests, and the identification process is difficult, and so on. The stress state mapping method combined with substructure modal synthesis method is proposed, which can effectively solve the problem. In the process of parameter identification, the model iteration correction method based on TSVD(Truncated Singular Value Decomposition-based regularization method is used for the missing and redundant items that are easy to appear in the model. The simulation model shows that the modified model has less error and higher identification accuracy than the accurate model. The validity and accuracy of the identification method are proved by the experimental research on the joint of the guideway.
