【摘要】：針對精密減速器實際帶載運行狀態(tài)下的回差測試要求,提出了一種動載荷的回差測試方法,搭建了一套基于該方法的精密減速器傳動性能綜合測試系統(tǒng),介紹了其平臺結構和測控軟件,并對影響系統(tǒng)回差測試誤差的因素進行分析探討。最后對一種CORT E80型國產(chǎn)精密減速器在空載和動載狀態(tài)下的回差性能進行測試研究,結果表明:該測試方法有效可行,測試系統(tǒng)精度較高,人機界面良好,能夠滿足類似精密減速器的回差測試要求。
[Abstract]:According to the test requirements of precision reducer under actual load running condition, a method of dynamic load measurement is put forward, and a comprehensive testing system for transmission performance of precision reducer based on this method is set up. The structure of the platform and the measurement and control software are introduced, and the factors that influence the error of the system are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the performance of a CORT E80 precision reducer under no-load and dynamic load is tested. The results show that the test method is effective and feasible, the precision of the test system is high, and the man-machine interface is good. Can meet the precision reducer similar to the backdifferential test requirements.
