【摘要】：產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化是高職院校辦學(xué)模式的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。對(duì)于高職機(jī)械類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè),要明確開(kāi)展產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,通過(guò)分析影響專(zhuān)業(yè)群產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化推進(jìn)的主要因素,采取適于高職院校實(shí)際的專(zhuān)業(yè)群及產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化建設(shè)措施——建立產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制,創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化合作運(yùn)行機(jī)制,更新辦學(xué)理念,全面提升學(xué)校的實(shí)踐和科研能力,才能更好地促進(jìn)人才的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The integration of production, education and research is the development trend of the running mode of higher vocational colleges.For mechanical majors in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to make clear the practical significance of the research on the integration of production, education and research, and to analyze the main factors that affect the integration of production, education and research in professional groups.Adopting the measures of integration construction of specialty group and industry, college and research suitable for higher vocational colleges, that is, to establish a long-term mechanism of cooperation between industry, education and research, to innovate the operation mechanism of integration of production, education and research, to renew the idea of running a school, and to promote the practice and scientific research ability of the school in an all-round way.In order to better promote the cultivation of talents.
