【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展,市場競爭日益激烈,制造型企業(yè)面臨著越來越嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)：產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期越來越短,客戶對產(chǎn)品的需求從通用的大眾化產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉掀鋫�性化需求的產(chǎn)品。為了應對這一挑戰(zhàn),大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)方式應用而生。迄今為止,國內(nèi)外研究者對大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)的研究已經(jīng)取得了一定的進展,但大多是針對大規(guī)模定制的概念、產(chǎn)品設計等方面的研究,專門針對大規(guī)模定制下的生產(chǎn)計劃與排程的研究還屬少見,因此本文著重研究大規(guī)模定制下的生產(chǎn)計劃與排程問題,主要研究工作包括以下幾個方面： 首先,探討了大規(guī)模定制這一生產(chǎn)方式對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的要求,并對目前常用的三種典型生產(chǎn)計劃與排程方法進行比較,在對每種方法的優(yōu)缺點進行總結(jié)分析的基礎上,建立大規(guī)模定制環(huán)境生產(chǎn)計劃與排程的總體框架模型。 其次,在定義生產(chǎn)過程解耦點的概念的基礎上,建立實施大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)的制造企業(yè)的多目標生產(chǎn)過程解耦點定位模型,該定位模型以制造商成本和交貨期為目標,以滿足客戶個性化需求為約束條件；結(jié)合實際生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)對模型中的參數(shù)進行擬合,得到定位模型的擴展形式,最后運用實例驗證所建立的模型。 最后,描述了大規(guī)模定制下基于生產(chǎn)過程解耦點定位的生產(chǎn)排程問題,并依據(jù)生產(chǎn)過程解耦點的最優(yōu)解在制造企業(yè)中的可能的位置的不同,建立了MTO和ATO兩類生產(chǎn)方式下的生產(chǎn)排程模型,設計了由遺傳算法和啟發(fā)式算法組合成的混合遺傳算法求解模型,最后進行實例驗證。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition, manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more severe challenges: the production cycle of products is getting shorter and shorter.Customers' demand for products has changed from general-purpose products to products that meet their individual needs.In order to meet this challenge, mass customization mode of production is applied.Up to now, researchers at home and abroad have made some progress in the research of mass customization, but most of them focus on the concept of mass customization, product design and so on.The research on production planning and scheduling under mass customization is rare, so this paper focuses on the production planning and scheduling under mass customization. The main research work includes the following aspects:First of all, this paper discusses the requirements of mass customization for enterprise production management system, and compares three typical production planning and scheduling methods, based on the summary and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each method.The overall framework model of mass customization environmental production planning and scheduling is established.Secondly, on the basis of defining the concept of decoupling point of production process, a multi-objective decoupling point positioning model of manufacturing enterprise for mass customization is established, which aims at manufacturer's cost and delivery time.In order to meet the individual requirements of the customer as the constraint condition, combined with the actual production data to fit the parameters of the model, get the extended form of the model, and finally use an example to verify the established model.Finally, this paper describes the production scheduling problem based on decoupling point positioning of production process under mass customization, and according to the possible position of the optimal solution of decoupling point in manufacturing enterprise,The production scheduling model of MTO and ATO production mode is established. A hybrid genetic algorithm solution model is designed, which is composed of genetic algorithm and heuristic algorithm. Finally, an example is given to verify the model.
