【摘要】:將有限元分析方法和優(yōu)化設(shè)計理論相結(jié)合,以AWE軟件為工具,對提出的板材上料機的末端執(zhí)行器的重要部件——吸盤支架進行有限元仿真和優(yōu)化。通過對超靜定平衡方程的求解,獲取了吸盤支架的載荷,并在AWE軟件中作為邊界條件對吸盤支架進行靜態(tài)特性分析。在DOE模塊中建立尺寸優(yōu)化模型,以吸盤支架柔度最小、質(zhì)量最輕為目標,以基體和壓板的空間限制為約束條件,通過基于實驗技術(shù)的多目標驅(qū)動優(yōu)化方法,實現(xiàn)對吸盤支架尺寸參數(shù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計。最終獲取了一種剛性、質(zhì)量最優(yōu)化的吸盤支架設(shè)計方案,并為板材上料機的尺寸優(yōu)化提供了可靠的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The finite element analysis method is combined with the theory of optimal design. The finite element simulation and optimization of the chuck bracket, an important part of the end actuator of the plate feeder, is carried out by using AWE software.By solving the statically indeterminate equilibrium equation, the load of the sucker bracket is obtained, and the static characteristics of the sucker bracket are analyzed as boundary conditions in AWE software.The dimension optimization model is established in DOE module. The minimum flexibility and the lightest mass of the sucker bracket are taken as the target, and the space limitation of the matrix and the pressure plate is taken as the constraint condition. The multi-objective driven optimization method based on the experimental technology is adopted.The optimum design of the dimension parameters of the sucker bracket is realized.Finally, a rigid and optimal design scheme of sucker support is obtained, and a reliable reference is provided for the dimension optimization of plate feeding machine.
