【摘要】:隨著沈鼓集團齒輪壓縮機產(chǎn)品任務(wù)量的增多,原有的試車臺位已經(jīng)無法滿足整個集團的試車要求。所以針對齒輪壓縮機產(chǎn)品的性能特點和試車要求,為齒輪壓縮機組設(shè)立了專用試車臺控制裝置。壓縮機組的試車臺裝置對于壓縮機組產(chǎn)品非常重要。通過壓縮機的出廠前的試車試驗可以在機組出廠前就能發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決問題。通過機組的連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)試車試驗,來檢驗機組的各項性能指標是否達到用戶的需求。 本文在分析了齒輪壓縮機的類型以及驅(qū)動壓縮機的試驗電機等重要設(shè)備的工作原理和工作特點的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細論述了壓縮機的主要性能以及壓縮機的控制方法。重點論述了壓縮機性能試驗的主要調(diào)節(jié)方式。并針對壓縮機調(diào)節(jié)方式的不同,給出了不同控制方式的閉環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)控制方案,并提出了模糊PID控制方法。在本文中,還從機組的報警聯(lián)鎖控制、機組的流量或壓力控制,壓縮機組的防喘振控制,以及壓縮機輔助設(shè)備潤滑油站的控制等方面入手,綜合解決了有關(guān)齒輪壓縮機的控制問題,從而滿足試車臺裝置的整體控制要求。 試車臺項目不同于普通控制系統(tǒng)項目,它任務(wù)量大,必須能適應(yīng)多種壓縮機型,需要有多種性能調(diào)節(jié)和控制方式結(jié)合使用,并能根據(jù)試車需要,來選擇調(diào)節(jié)方法。 合理的硬件配置是建立控制系統(tǒng)的首要任務(wù)。根據(jù)試車臺控制系統(tǒng)的整體控制方案,完成了壓縮機的儀表檢測和PLC控制系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計。在硬件設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上,進行了控制系統(tǒng)的軟件開發(fā)設(shè)計。采用的上位機軟件具有友好的用戶界面,易于修改,便于操作,維護方便。 整個控制系統(tǒng)體系設(shè)計合理、功能完備、結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔、易于維護和擴展、響應(yīng)速度快、控制精確、人機界面友好,可以全面的完成齒輪壓縮機組的試車任務(wù),具備良好的應(yīng)用前景,實現(xiàn)了控制的最優(yōu)化設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:With the increase of product quantity of gear compressor in Shengu Group, the original test bench can not meet the requirements of the whole group.Therefore, according to the performance characteristics of gear compressor products and test requirements, a special test bench control device is set up for the gear compressor unit.The test bench device of compressor unit is very important for compressor unit product.The problems can be found and solved before the unit leaves the factory through the test test before the compressor leaves the factory.Through the continuous operation test, to verify the performance of the unit to meet the needs of the user.Based on the analysis of the type of gear compressor and the working principle and working characteristics of the important equipment such as the driving compressor, the main performance of the compressor and the control method of the compressor are discussed in detail in this paper.The main regulating methods of compressor performance test are discussed emphatically.According to the different regulating modes of compressor, the closed loop control scheme of different control methods is given, and the fuzzy PID control method is put forward.In this paper, the alarm interlock control of the unit, the flow or pressure control of the unit, the anti-surge control of the compressor unit, and the control of the lubricating oil station of the auxiliary equipment of the compressor are also discussed.The control problem of gear compressor is solved synthetically, so as to meet the overall control requirements of the test bench.The test-bed project is different from the common control system project, it must be able to adapt to many kinds of compressor type, it must be able to adapt to many kinds of compressor type, and need to have a variety of performance adjustment and control mode combined use, and can choose the adjustment method according to the need of the test run.Reasonable hardware configuration is the primary task of establishing control system.According to the overall control scheme of the test-bed control system, the instrument detection of the compressor and the hardware design of the PLC control system are completed.Based on the hardware design, the software design of the control system is carried out.The software has a friendly user interface, easy to modify, easy to operate, easy to maintain.The whole control system is reasonable in design, complete in function, simple in structure, easy to maintain and expand, fast in response, accurate in control, friendly in man-machine interface.It has a good application prospect and realizes the optimal design of control.
