【摘要】:鏈傳動為嚙合傳動,具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、效率和可靠性高以及傳遞功率和速度范圍大等諸多優(yōu)點。鏈傳動的應(yīng)用范圍很廣,如農(nóng)業(yè)機械、采礦、起重、冶金、運輸、石油鉆機、化工、汽車、紡織以及醫(yī)療器械等。在工程應(yīng)用中隨著對鏈傳動速度和精度要求的提高,為解決鏈傳動的平穩(wěn)性、共振和鏈傳動失效等問題,對鏈傳動橫向振動的研究已顯得十分重要。本論文對鏈傳動橫向振動的研究內(nèi)容如下: 考慮將鏈傳動系統(tǒng)中的鏈條看成有限集中質(zhì)量分布的多自由度系統(tǒng),用分析力學(xué)方法中的拉格朗日方程建立了鏈傳動系統(tǒng)橫向線性振動離散模型,借助matlab軟件分析了鏈條張力、鏈節(jié)質(zhì)量以及鏈節(jié)節(jié)距對鏈傳動橫向振動模態(tài)特性的影響規(guī)律,并在不同邊界激勵條件下分析了鏈傳動橫向振動的穩(wěn)定性。 考慮將鏈傳動系統(tǒng)中的鏈條看成軸向運動弦線,用彈性力學(xué)方法建立了鏈傳動系統(tǒng)橫向非線性振動連續(xù)模型,模型中將鏈條看成線性彈性體材料,考慮了鏈傳動橫向振動中軸向變形的幾何非線性因素,并直接對非線性偏微分方程進行多尺度法分析,通過消除近似方程中的長期項得到可解性條件,,進而得到振幅和相位角的常微分方程組,分析了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)態(tài)響應(yīng),并注意到鏈條軸向運動速度波動頻率會影響方程中的長期項,分別討論了當(dāng)鏈條軸向運動速度波動頻率為系統(tǒng)固有頻率的兩倍及其他頻率區(qū)間時的振動穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Chain transmission is a meshing transmission with many advantages, such as simple structure, high efficiency and reliability, large range of transmission power and speed, etc.Chain drives are used in a wide range of applications, such as agricultural machinery, mining, lifting, metallurgy, transportation, oil drilling, chemical, automotive, textile and medical equipment.In engineering application, with the improvement of the speed and precision of the chain drive, it is very important to study the transverse vibration of the chain transmission in order to solve the problems of the stability, resonance and the failure of the chain transmission.The research contents of this paper are as follows:Considering the chain in chain transmission system as a multi-degree of freedom system with finite concentrated mass distribution, a discrete model of transverse linear vibration of chain transmission system is established by using Lagrangian equation in analytical mechanics method, and chain tension is analyzed by matlab software.The influence of chain joint mass and pitch on the transverse vibration modal characteristics of chain transmission is studied. The stability of chain drive transverse vibration is analyzed under different boundary excitation conditions.The chain in the chain transmission system is considered as an axial moving string, and a continuous model of the transverse nonlinear vibration of the chain transmission system is established by using the elastic method. In the model, the chain is regarded as a linear elastic material.In this paper, the geometric nonlinear factors of axial deformation in transverse vibration of chain drive are considered, and the nonlinear partial differential equation is directly analyzed by multi-scale method. The solvability condition is obtained by eliminating the long-term term in the approximate equation.Then the system of ordinary differential equations with amplitude and phase angle is obtained. The steady-state response of the system is analyzed, and it is noted that the frequency of velocity fluctuation in the axial motion of the chain will affect the long-term term of the equation.The vibration stability of the chain is discussed when the velocity fluctuation frequency of the chain is twice the natural frequency of the system and other frequency ranges.
