【摘要】：F-1600泥漿泵傳動(dòng)軸斷齒是一種嚴(yán)重的設(shè)備故障,制約石油鉆井生產(chǎn)。訂購(gòu)傳動(dòng)軸總成費(fèi)用較高,周期長(zhǎng),非設(shè)備修理首選。文章通過(guò)齒輪失效原理分析及受力分析計(jì)算,提出采用鑲齒輪套的方法快速恢復(fù)設(shè)備使用性能,是設(shè)備修理新的思路之一。
[Abstract]:F-1600 mud pump drive shaft broken teeth is a serious equipment failure, restricting oil drilling production.High cost, long cycle, non-equipment repair preferred.Through the analysis of the failure principle of gear and the analysis and calculation of the force, the paper puts forward the method of quick recovery of the performance of the equipment by the method of setting the gear sleeve, which is one of the new ideas for the repair of the equipment.
