【摘要】:計算機輔助選擇裝配是指利用計算機,并采用有效的優(yōu)化算法,對裝配尺寸鏈中的各組成環(huán)的尺寸進行合理的搭配選擇。采用計算機輔助選擇裝配方法,可以使按正常生產條件下加工出來的零件,裝配后得到較高的裝配精度,減小封閉環(huán)的偏差變動范圍,提高產品質量,降低生產成本。 對于多條尺寸鏈的選配問題,現(xiàn)有的研究往往采用加權方法將多尺寸鏈轉化為單尺寸鏈,這樣雖然是計算過程簡單,但當尺寸鏈之間出現(xiàn)交叉時,目標函數之間就會出現(xiàn)相互支配的關系,那么加權方法就無法解決了,只能選用多目標優(yōu)化算法來解決。渦旋空壓機裝配質量的好壞,最終由動、定盤的裝配間隙來體現(xiàn)。因此,裝配目標在于同時保證軸向和徑向的嚙合間隙滿足設計要求,并使得剩余零件最小化,這屬于一個多目標優(yōu)化問題。 本文以某型號無油渦旋空壓機的裝配為研究對象,圍繞多參數、批量化的多目標零件選配問題,開展優(yōu)化選配方法的研究。首先,分析無油渦旋空壓機結構、工作原理、性能要求等因素,在無油渦旋空壓機裝配的特點基礎上,確定主機裝配工藝流程,分析影響裝配精度的因素,提取和分析裝配尺寸鏈;其次,根據主機的裝配目標,確定選配目標函數,建立多目標零件選配的數學模型;再次,確定優(yōu)化算法,采用改進的遺傳算法——NSGA-Ⅱ來求解選配模型,并對選配算法進行了詳細的設計;最后,在ASP.NET平臺上實現(xiàn)了選配,并以04A型無油渦旋空壓機的動、定盤選配為例,驗證了基于帶精英策略的快速非支配遺傳算法的優(yōu)化選配的實用性和優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Computer-aided assembly refers to the reasonable selection of the size of each component ring in the assembly dimension chain by using the computer and using an effective optimization algorithm.By adopting the method of computer aided selection of assembly, the parts processed under normal production conditions can obtain higher assembly precision after assembly, reduce the deviation range of closed ring, improve product quality and reduce production cost.For the problem of multi-dimensional chain selection, the existing research often uses the weighted method to transform the multi-dimensional chain into a single-dimensional chain. This is a simple calculation process, but when there is a cross between the dimension chains,The relationship between the objective functions will be dominated by each other, so the weighting method can not be solved, so the multi-objective optimization algorithm can only be used to solve the problem.The assembly quality of scroll air compressor is finally reflected by the assembly clearance of moving and fixed disc.Therefore, the assembly goal is to ensure that both axial and radial meshing clearance meet the design requirements and minimize the remaining parts, which is a multi-objective optimization problem.In this paper, the assembly of a certain type of oil-free scroll air compressor is taken as the research object, and the optimization method is studied around the problem of multi-parameter and batch multi-objective parts selection.First of all, the structure, working principle, performance requirements and other factors of oil-free scroll air compressor are analyzed.
