【摘要】:DT(Ⅱ)型固定式帶式輸送機(jī)是通用型系列產(chǎn)品,可廣泛用于冶金、煤炭、交通、電力、建材、化工、糧食和機(jī)械等行業(yè)。在對帶式輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行系列建模過程中,經(jīng)常會重復(fù)用到結(jié)構(gòu)相同或相似而尺寸不同的一些零件,如滾筒、托輥、軸類零件等。傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法是將每個(gè)零件單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì),占用了設(shè)計(jì)人員的大部分時(shí)間和精力,嚴(yán)重影響了新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)周期,從而制約了企業(yè)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步和持續(xù)發(fā)展。在對帶式輸送機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)、選型過程中主要采用傳統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)方法。憑借經(jīng)驗(yàn)通過加大輸送帶的安全系數(shù)來保證運(yùn)行可靠性,對帶式輸送機(jī)在運(yùn)行過程的動態(tài)特性的考慮并不完善。 帶式輸送機(jī)虛擬樣機(jī)建立,不同于單個(gè)零件的虛擬樣機(jī),它作為一個(gè)既有剛性部分的支架,又有柔性部分的輸送帶。本文介紹了帶式輸送機(jī)的主要特點(diǎn)、虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)的理論基礎(chǔ)、虛擬樣機(jī)模型的基本假設(shè),并分析了影響帶式輸送機(jī)動態(tài)特性的主要因素。借助新一代混合剛?cè)岫囿w系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)分析軟件RecurDyn,選取大型帶式輸送機(jī)中最具代表性的DT(Ⅱ)型固定式帶式輸送機(jī)來進(jìn)行建模和動態(tài)特性仿真研究。 本研究嚴(yán)格按照虛擬樣機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)路線進(jìn)行。使用SolidWorks自帶的VBA語言編制二次開發(fā)程序,以Access作為數(shù)據(jù)庫,建立帶式輸送機(jī)驅(qū)動滾筒參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了僅輸入必要參數(shù)即可快速準(zhǔn)確建模的目標(biāo),使建模過程大大簡化。在RecurDyn軟件的虛擬環(huán)境,模擬現(xiàn)場條件進(jìn)行仿真分析,并在輸送機(jī)關(guān)鍵部位布置張力傳感器,監(jiān)測張力的變化情況并與理論計(jì)算值相比較,驗(yàn)證了虛擬樣機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。并建立了單滾筒驅(qū)動虛擬樣機(jī)仿真試驗(yàn)平臺,對比研究了起動加速曲線、最小起動時(shí)間、拉緊裝置控制和帶速對輸送機(jī)動張力的影響。為帶式輸送機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)研究提供了良好的解決方案。 圖[52]表[4]參[51]
[Abstract]:DTII type fixed belt conveyor is a series of general purpose products, which can be widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, electric power, building materials, chemical industry, grain and machinery.In the process of modeling the belt conveyor, some parts with the same or similar structure and different sizes, such as rollers, rollers, shafts and so on, are often used repeatedly.The traditional design method is to design each part separately, which takes up most of the time and energy of the designer, and seriously affects the development cycle of the new product, which restricts the technological progress and sustainable development of the enterprise.The traditional static design method is used in the design and selection of belt conveyor.By means of experience, the reliability of belt is guaranteed by increasing the safety factor of belt, and the consideration of dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor in operation process is not perfect.The virtual prototype of belt conveyor is different from the virtual prototype of a single part.
