差速浮動(dòng)式傳輸密封的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:差速浮動(dòng)式傳輸密封是一種新型的接觸式軸端機(jī)械密封。本文根據(jù)查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合傳輸密封使用工況要求,利用摩擦學(xué)和機(jī)械制造工藝相關(guān)知識(shí)對(duì)差速浮動(dòng)式傳輸密封的差速浮動(dòng)特性及其影響因素進(jìn)行分析;根據(jù)流體動(dòng)靜壓潤(rùn)滑理論,結(jié)合傳輸密封密封間隙的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)對(duì)密封的性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行了求解。 根據(jù)實(shí)地調(diào)研測(cè)繪,對(duì)差速浮動(dòng)式傳輸密封進(jìn)行實(shí)體建模,給出了傳輸密封使用工況參數(shù)。結(jié)合液壓系統(tǒng)傳動(dòng)特點(diǎn),通過流體在流動(dòng)時(shí)的壓力損失計(jì)算,對(duì)傳輸密封的主要零部件結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,對(duì)螺釘進(jìn)行布置、選型和強(qiáng)度校核。結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外表面粗糙度對(duì)密封性能影響的研究現(xiàn)狀,利用“平均流動(dòng)模型”對(duì)密封端面表面粗糙度進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析和波紋度分析,說明它們對(duì)密封性能的影響特征;并通過差速浮動(dòng)式傳輸密封結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和加工工藝分析,給出了密封副材料的選擇和熱處理工藝。 根據(jù)流體連續(xù)性方程、動(dòng)量守恒方程,,通過N-S方程在柱坐標(biāo)系下的雷諾方程推導(dǎo),得出密封間隙中的控制方程,建立傳輸密封流體模型。利用泛函求極值和有限元法給出控制方程的離散形式,通過ANSYS流體分析模塊FLOTRAN CFD進(jìn)行求解,并將求解結(jié)果與理論計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果的正確性。另外,通過對(duì)密封參數(shù)的圖表分析,說明轉(zhuǎn)速、壓力和間隙等參數(shù)對(duì)密封性能的影響。 根據(jù)金屬的腐蝕形式,結(jié)合傳輸密封使用特殊環(huán)境,分析了傳輸密封主要腐蝕失效形式和腐蝕機(jī)理,并提出相應(yīng)的防護(hù)措施。
[Abstract]:Differential floating transmission seal is a new type of contact shaft end mechanical seal.In this paper, the differential floating characteristics of differential floating transmission seal and its influencing factors are analyzed by means of tribology and mechanical manufacturing technology.According to the hydrostatic and hydrostatic lubrication theory, the performance parameters of the seal are solved according to the structural characteristics of the transmission seal clearance.According to field survey and mapping, the model of differential floating transmission seal is established, and the operating condition parameters of transmission seal are given.According to the transmission characteristics of hydraulic system, the structural parameters of the main parts of the transmission seal are optimized by calculating the pressure loss of the fluid during the flow, and the screws are arranged, selected and the strength checked.Combined with the research status of the effect of surface roughness on seal performance at home and abroad, the numerical simulation and corrugation analysis of the surface roughness of seal end face are carried out by using the "average flow model", which shows the characteristics of their influence on the seal performance.The selection of sealing materials and heat treatment process are given by analyzing the structure characteristics and processing technology of differential floating transmission seal.According to the fluid continuity equation, momentum conservation equation and Reynolds equation of N-S equation in cylindrical coordinate system, the governing equation in sealing clearance is obtained, and the transmission seal fluid model is established.The discrete form of control equation is given by using functional method and finite element method, and solved by ANSYS fluid analysis module FLOTRAN CFD. The results are compared with the theoretical results, and the correctness of the numerical simulation results is verified.In addition, the effects of speed, pressure and clearance on sealing performance are illustrated by graphic analysis of sealing parameters.According to the corrosion form of metal and the special environment of transmission seal, the main corrosion failure forms and corrosion mechanism of transmission seal are analyzed, and the corresponding protective measures are put forward.
