水潤滑橡膠合金軸承精密成型模具的優(yōu)化設(shè)計

【摘要】:水潤滑橡膠合金軸承作為機械傳動系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵零部件,利用新型工程復(fù)合材料替代貴重金屬,用自然水替代礦物油作為機械傳動系統(tǒng)的潤滑介質(zhì),因而具有資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、高性能等優(yōu)點,近年來得到了廣泛使用。但是長期以來,在水潤滑橡膠合金軸承的硫化成形工藝中,一直存在著各部位加熱不均勻、硫化時間長、生產(chǎn)效率低、勞動強度大等問題,因而導(dǎo)致了工件在經(jīng)過成形工藝后產(chǎn)品的承載能力、工作速度、摩擦因素、尺寸穩(wěn)定性、表面粗糙度等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)很難達理想效果。因此,設(shè)計一種加熱均勻、加熱時間短、生產(chǎn)效率高的裝置來解決水潤滑橡膠合金軸承的成型問題,有重要的工程實際意義。 本論文任務(wù)來源于國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目“大尺寸高比壓水潤滑軸承系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計理論與方法”(項目批準(zhǔn)號:50775230),得到了國家自然科學(xué)基金的資助,針對國內(nèi)外工程復(fù)合材料精密成形裝備中等存在的關(guān)鍵共性技術(shù)難題,在重慶大學(xué)機械傳動國家重點實驗室王家序教授等人發(fā)明的一種水潤滑橡膠合金軸承精密成型模具(專利申請?zhí)?200810070081)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計并優(yōu)化了一套新型的水潤滑橡膠合金軸承精密成型模具。本文的主要研究工作如下: ①分析了國內(nèi)外水潤滑橡膠合金軸承模具平板硫化裝置的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,指出了傳統(tǒng)的裝置下,水潤滑橡膠合金軸承硫化成形工藝存在的問題,比較了幾種水潤滑橡膠合金軸承模具加熱方式的優(yōu)劣性。 ②對橡膠制品的硫化成形工藝過程作了深入細(xì)致的分析,對硫化條件進行了介紹,為設(shè)計水潤滑橡膠合金軸承精密成型模具奠定了一定理論基礎(chǔ)。 ③通過研究水潤滑橡膠合金軸承傳統(tǒng)成形工藝中利用上下平板加熱存在的問題,結(jié)合實際工藝,針對一種規(guī)格的水潤滑復(fù)合橡膠軸承,初步設(shè)計出了水潤滑橡膠合金軸承精密成型模具的裝配圖及關(guān)鍵部件圖。 ④利用有限元軟件對設(shè)計出的水潤滑橡膠合金軸承精密成型模具進行了熱分析以及靜力分析,初步證明了論文中的模具在加熱方式和脫模工序上的合理性。 ⑤介紹了模具中關(guān)鍵部件的實物圖,在新型工程復(fù)合材料精密成形數(shù)字制造裝備上,利用該模具對水潤滑橡膠合金軸承進行了硫化成型,實驗證明論文中的模具具有實踐可行性。
[Abstract]:Water lubricated rubber alloy bearings are used as key parts in mechanical transmission system, new engineering composite materials are used to replace precious metals, and natural water is used to replace mineral oil as lubricating medium of mechanical transmission system.Environmental friendly, simple structure, high performance and other advantages, has been widely used in recent years.However, for a long time, in the vulcanization process of water-lubricated rubber alloy bearings, there have been many problems, such as uneven heating, long curing time, low production efficiency, high labor intensity, etc.As a result, the key technical performance indexes such as the bearing capacity, working speed, friction factor, dimensional stability and surface roughness of the workpiece after the forming process are difficult to achieve ideal results.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to design a device with uniform heating, short heating time and high production efficiency to solve the forming problem of water-lubricated rubber alloy bearings.The task of this paper comes from the project "Theory and method of innovative Design of large size and High specific pressure Water Lubricating bearing system" (Project Grant No.: 50775230), which is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.In view of the key common technical problems existing in the engineering composite precision forming equipment at home and abroad,On the basis of a kind of water lubricated rubber alloy bearing precision molding mould invented by Professor Wang Jiaxun, State key Laboratory of Mechanical Transmission, Chongqing University (Patent Application No.: 200810070081),A new water lubricated rubber alloy bearing precision forming mould was designed and optimized.The main work of this paper is as follows:The main contents are as follows: 1. The development of water lubricated rubber alloy bearing die plate vulcanization equipment at home and abroad is analyzed, and the problems existing in the vulcanization forming process of water lubricated rubber alloy bearing under the traditional equipment are pointed out.The advantages and disadvantages of several water lubricated rubber alloy bearing die heating methods are compared.2. The process of vulcanization of rubber products is analyzed in detail, and the vulcanization conditions are introduced, which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of precision moulds for water-lubricated rubber alloy bearings.By studying the problems existing in the traditional forming process of water-lubricated rubber alloy bearing using the upper and lower plate heating, combining with the actual process, aiming at a kind of water-lubricated composite rubber bearing,The assembly drawing and key component diagram of water lubricated rubber alloy bearing precision forming die were designed.(4) the thermal analysis and static analysis of the precision forming die of water-lubricated rubber alloy bearing were carried out by using finite element software, and the reasonableness of the mold in heating mode and demoulding procedure was preliminarily proved.5. The physical drawing of the key parts in the die is introduced. The water lubricated rubber alloy bearing is vulcanized on the digital manufacturing equipment of a new type of engineering composite material precision forming.The experiment proves that the mold in this paper has practical feasibility.
