基于DSP的油路磨粒檢測系統(tǒng)信號處理模塊設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:在各種機(jī)械設(shè)備中,由于在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的過程中各種部件之間會摩擦從而導(dǎo)致磨損,隨著時(shí)間的增長,摩損程度也越來越大,要是對這些磨損情況不了解可能會導(dǎo)致機(jī)器損毀等各種不可預(yù)料的事故發(fā)生。導(dǎo)致機(jī)械設(shè)備零件失效的原因主要有三個(gè):腐蝕、磨損以及疲勞,其中磨損導(dǎo)致的占了八成左右。多數(shù)的檢測和維修都是在機(jī)械設(shè)備出現(xiàn)了問題而不能繼續(xù)工作后再對其進(jìn)行維修處理,這樣就影響了機(jī)器的效率,設(shè)備安全也不能保障。所以現(xiàn)在研究故障檢測主要是研究預(yù)知性檢測及維修,即在設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障初期就被檢測出來,然后對其進(jìn)行采取相應(yīng)的矯正措施加以維修,這樣就提高了硬件設(shè)備的安全性從而延長了其工作壽命,也提高了效率。本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的目的是對機(jī)械設(shè)備油路里面的磨粒進(jìn)行在線檢測,實(shí)時(shí)的對設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行報(bào)告。 本文主要介紹了磨粒檢測系統(tǒng)的后端信號處理系統(tǒng),此系統(tǒng)是以ADI公司的ADSP-BF531為核心,,外圍電路包括模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換電路、電平轉(zhuǎn)換電路、通信電路及其它外圍電路。軟件部份設(shè)計(jì)主要是針對前端模擬信號做出處理,得出油道中磨粒的特性與其產(chǎn)生的信號之間的關(guān)系。這些特性包括顆粒的大小、磁性以及數(shù)目等,最后通過液晶顯示器把磨粒特性信息呈現(xiàn)給用戶。在此設(shè)計(jì)中關(guān)鍵部分是找到信號與顆粒特性之間的關(guān)系,在處理中運(yùn)用了很多的算法處理,本文對此問題做出了深入的研究分析。 系統(tǒng)在多次試驗(yàn)后對顆粒的特性做出準(zhǔn)確的判斷,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,滿足了設(shè)計(jì)的需求。
[Abstract]:In all kinds of machinery and equipment, the friction between various parts in the course of operation will lead to wear and tear, and over time, the degree of friction will become more and more serious.Failure to understand these wear and tear conditions could lead to various unforeseen accidents, such as machine damage.There are three main reasons for failure of mechanical parts: corrosion, wear and fatigue, of which about 80% are caused by wear.Most of the inspection and maintenance are done after the mechanical equipment has problems and can not continue to work, which affects the efficiency of the machine and the safety of the equipment can not be guaranteed.So now the research on fault detection is mainly about predictive detection and maintenance, that is, it is detected in the early stage of equipment failure, and then it is repaired by corresponding corrective measures.In this way, the security of hardware equipment is improved, thus prolonging its working life and improving its efficiency.The purpose of this system is to detect the abrasive particles in the oil circuit of mechanical equipment on line, and to report the running condition of the equipment in real time.This paper mainly introduces the back-end signal processing system of abrasive particle detection system, which is based on the ADSP-BF531 of ADI Company. The peripheral circuits include A / D conversion circuit, level conversion circuit, communication circuit and other peripheral circuits.The software is mainly designed to deal with the analogue signal of the front end, and the relationship between the characteristics of the abrasive particles in the oil channel and the signal produced by it is obtained.These characteristics include the size, magnetism and number of particles. Finally, the information of abrasive particles is presented to the user via liquid crystal display (LCD).The key part of this design is to find out the relationship between the signal and particle characteristics, and a lot of algorithms are used to deal with the problem.After many experiments, the system makes accurate judgment on the characteristics of particles, and the system runs stably and meets the requirements of the design.
