【摘要】：離心泵具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、體積小、重量輕、操作平穩(wěn)、流量穩(wěn)定、性能參數(shù)范圍廣泛、易于制造、運轉(zhuǎn)可靠和維修方便等優(yōu)點,在海洋平臺上廣泛應(yīng)用。而在有些工況下,無法降低泵的安裝高度,輸送的介質(zhì)又為蒸汽分壓下的液體,這些工況若采用普通離心泵則容易產(chǎn)生汽蝕現(xiàn)象,而選用立式筒袋式泵可提高汽蝕安全裕量,解決普通離心泵存在的汽蝕問題。
[Abstract]:Centrifugal pump has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight, stable operation, stable flow, wide range of performance parameters, easy manufacture, reliable operation and convenient maintenance, etc. It is widely used in offshore platform.Under some conditions, the installation height of the pump can not be reduced, and the medium transported is the liquid under the steam partial pressure. If the ordinary centrifugal pump is used in these conditions, cavitation is easy to occur, and the safety margin of cavitation can be increased by using the vertical cylinder bag pump.To solve the cavitation problem of ordinary centrifugal pump.
