液體靜壓主軸的流體—結構耦合分析及動態(tài)性能研究

【摘要】:由于液體靜壓主軸具有較高的剛度和承載能力,所以廣泛應用于超精密加工機床中。在液體靜壓主軸工作的過程中,溫升和油腔壓力會導致結構件變形,從而影響靜壓主軸的工作性能。因此,研究溫升和壓力分布與液體靜壓主軸的動、靜態(tài)性能的關系對提高超精密機床的加工精度具有重要的意義。 本文以液體靜壓主軸為研究對象,首先根據(jù)理論公式分析液體靜壓徑向和止推軸承的靜態(tài)性能,包括剛度、流量和平均溫升,為后續(xù)的研究工作奠定了基礎; 其次,通過流體力學軟件FLUENT對液體靜壓主軸的有限元模型進行分析,得到液體靜壓主軸的溫度場分布和壓力場分布,并分析溫度場和壓力場的分布規(guī)律; 然后,通過有限元軟件ANSYS和流體力學軟件FLUENT之間的數(shù)據(jù)交換,建立液體靜壓主軸的流體-結構耦合模型,分析溫度場和壓力場對液體靜壓主軸油膜間隙的影響;基于液體靜壓主軸的流體-結構耦合分析結果,建立了工作狀態(tài)下液體靜壓主軸的有限元模型,并研究了溫升和壓力分布對液體靜壓主軸靜態(tài)性能的影響; 最后,通過彈簧單元來模擬液體靜壓軸承的剛性特性,得到了液體靜壓主軸系統(tǒng)的有限元模型;在考慮溫升和壓力分布的情況下,對液體靜壓主軸系統(tǒng)進行了模態(tài)分析和諧響應分析,得到了主軸系統(tǒng)的幅頻特性曲線,并通過函數(shù)擬合得到了主軸系統(tǒng)的傳遞函數(shù);通過主軸系統(tǒng)的傳遞函數(shù)分析了溫升和壓力分布對液體靜壓主軸系統(tǒng)動態(tài)性能的影響。
[Abstract]:Hydrostatic spindle is widely used in ultra-precision machine tools because of its high stiffness and bearing capacity.In the working process of hydrostatic spindle, temperature rise and oil chamber pressure will result in deformation of the structure, which will affect the working performance of the hydrostatic spindle.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between temperature rise and pressure distribution and the dynamic and static properties of hydrostatic spindle for improving the machining accuracy of ultra-precision machine tools.In this paper, the hydrostatic spindle is taken as the research object. Firstly, the static performance of hydrostatic radial and thrust bearings, including stiffness, flow rate and average temperature rise, is analyzed according to the theoretical formula, which lays a foundation for further research.Secondly, the finite element model of hydrostatic spindle is analyzed by FLUENT software, and the distribution of temperature field and pressure field of hydrostatic spindle is obtained, and the distribution law of temperature field and pressure field is analyzed.Then, through the data exchange between the finite element software ANSYS and the hydrodynamic software FLUENT, the fluid structure coupling model of the hydrostatic spindle is established, and the influence of temperature field and pressure field on the oil film clearance of the hydrostatic spindle is analyzed.Based on the fluid structure coupling analysis of the hydrostatic spindle, the finite element model of the hydrostatic spindle is established, and the influence of temperature rise and pressure distribution on the static performance of the hydrostatic spindle is studied.Finally, the stiffness of hydrostatic bearing is simulated by spring element, and the finite element model of hydrostatic spindle system is obtained.The modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the hydrostatic spindle system are carried out, and the amplitude and frequency characteristic curves of the spindle system are obtained, and the transfer function of the spindle system is obtained by fitting the function.The influence of temperature rise and pressure distribution on the dynamic performance of hydrostatic spindle system is analyzed by the transfer function of spindle system.
