60MJ飛輪儲能系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)子芯軸結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

【摘要】:研究設(shè)計額定轉(zhuǎn)速為2700 r/min、儲能量為60 MJ的合金鋼飛輪,以實現(xiàn)石油鉆機動力系統(tǒng)飛輪單機MW級輸出功率。飛輪材料為35Cr Mo A合金鋼,采用"H"形變截面,直徑1600 mm,厚380 mm,質(zhì)量4000 kg。芯軸與輪轂局部過盈配合,采用圓柱銷傳遞飛輪與芯軸之間的扭矩。有限元計算表明,輪輻內(nèi)厚外薄,實現(xiàn)近似等強度設(shè)計;輪緣加厚,調(diào)整質(zhì)量分布,實現(xiàn)大轉(zhuǎn)動慣量;底部圓柱銷傳遞扭矩,局部應(yīng)力比鍵連接優(yōu)化。飛輪軸系具備2.5倍應(yīng)力安全系數(shù),額定轉(zhuǎn)速下最大應(yīng)力小于500 MPa。2016年3月飛輪設(shè)備調(diào)試成功,實現(xiàn)150~200 k W充電、500~1000 k W放電功能,儲能密度4.17 W·h/kg,比功率250 W/kg,標志著我國具備了單機WM級飛輪儲能設(shè)備研制能力。
[Abstract]:An alloy steel flywheel with rated rotational speed of 2700 r / min and storage energy of 60 MJ is designed to realize the output power of a single flywheel of a petroleum drilling rig power system.The flywheel is made of 35Cr Mo A alloy steel with "H" deformation cross section, with a diameter of 1600 mm, a thickness of 380mm and a mass of 4000 kg.Core shaft and hub local interference fit, using cylindrical pin transfer between the flywheel and core shaft torque.The finite element calculation shows that the inner thickness and outer thickness of the spoke can be approximately equal strength design; the flange is thickened and the mass distribution is adjusted to achieve a large moment of inertia; the transmission torque of the bottom cylinder pin is optimized; and the connection of the local stress ratio bond is optimized.The flywheel shafting has a stress safety factor of 2.5 times, and the maximum stress under rated speed is less than 500 MPa.2016. In March, the flywheel equipment was debugged successfully, and the discharge function of 500kW was realized by charging 150,200kW with 500kW.The energy storage density is 4.17 W / kg, and the power is 250 W / kg, which indicates that China has the capability of developing single WM flywheel energy storage equipment.
