中碳鋼軸類構(gòu)件的微動(dòng)磨損特性及其對(duì)疲勞壽命的影響

【摘要】:本文對(duì)45鋼為例的中碳鋼軸類構(gòu)件的徑向微動(dòng)磨損特性進(jìn)行了分析。將微動(dòng)磨損工況下中碳鋼軸類構(gòu)件的疲勞壽命分為微動(dòng)磨損階段、裂紋萌生階段、裂紋擴(kuò)展階段三個(gè)階段,并對(duì)45鋼軸類構(gòu)件的疲勞壽命進(jìn)行了估算,得出了載荷、摩擦系數(shù)對(duì)疲勞壽命的影響曲線。 本文采用Hertz接觸理論對(duì)軸類構(gòu)件與平面的接觸問題進(jìn)行了解析分析,采用ANSYS數(shù)值分析方法對(duì)軸類構(gòu)件與平面之間的接觸狀態(tài)、接觸面應(yīng)力和接觸半徑進(jìn)行了分析,并與Hertz接觸理論的解析結(jié)論進(jìn)行比較,應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件ORIGIN,得到了微動(dòng)磨損的影響曲線。采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式法對(duì)微動(dòng)磨損工況下中碳鋼軸類構(gòu)件的疲勞壽命進(jìn)行了估算,采用臨近裂紋萌生尺寸、修正Neuber局部應(yīng)力應(yīng)變法、修正McEvily公式分別對(duì)軸類構(gòu)件三階段壽命進(jìn)行了估算。 對(duì)中碳鋼軸類構(gòu)件的徑向微動(dòng)磨損特性分析,得出接觸面在施加載荷下粘滑交接處切向力出現(xiàn)最大值以及X方向應(yīng)力出現(xiàn)零值位置,為中碳鋼軸類構(gòu)件接觸面的裂紋萌生的危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)。隨著施加載荷和摩擦系數(shù)的增大,徑向微動(dòng)接觸副的粘著區(qū)、混合區(qū)增大,滑移區(qū)變化不大,接觸應(yīng)力以接觸頂點(diǎn)為界,兩側(cè)近似橢圓形分布,接觸頂點(diǎn)應(yīng)力最大。兩接觸副粘著區(qū)相對(duì)滑移量幾乎為零,滑移區(qū)的相對(duì)滑移量最大,為微動(dòng)磨損的嚴(yán)重部分。 對(duì)微動(dòng)磨損工況下的疲勞壽命分析,得出材料特性相似的兩接觸副的疲勞壽命大,微動(dòng)磨損階段占疲勞總壽命的大部分,隨著施加載荷和接觸副的摩擦系數(shù)的增大,軸類構(gòu)件的疲勞壽命降低,當(dāng)施加載荷和摩擦系數(shù)較小時(shí),對(duì)疲勞壽命的影響較大,當(dāng)施加載荷和摩擦系數(shù)達(dá)到一定值時(shí),對(duì)疲勞壽命的影響減弱。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the radial fretting wear characteristics of 45 steel shaft members are analyzed.The fatigue life of medium carbon steel shaft members under fretting wear condition is divided into three stages: fretting wear stage, crack initiation stage and crack propagation stage. The fatigue life of 45 steel shaft member is estimated and the load is obtained.The influence curve of friction coefficient on fatigue life.In this paper, Hertz contact theory is used to analyze the contact problem between axial members and plane, and ANSYS numerical analysis method is used to analyze the contact state, contact stress and contact radius between axial members and plane.Compared with the analytical results of Hertz contact theory, the influence curves of fretting wear were obtained by using the data processing software Orgine.The fatigue life of shaft members of medium carbon steel under fretting wear condition was estimated by empirical formula method. The local stress-strain method of Neuber was modified by using the size of near crack initiation.The revised McEvily formula is used to estimate the three-stage life of shaft members.Based on the analysis of radial fretting wear characteristics of medium carbon steel shaft members, the maximum tangential force and the zero position of X-direction stress are obtained at the visco-slip interface under the applied load.It is the dangerous point of crack initiation in the interface of medium carbon steel shaft member.With the increase of load and friction coefficient, the adhesion zone of radial fretting contact pair increases, the mixing zone increases, and the slip zone changes little. The contact stress is bounded by the contact point, and the contact stress is approximately elliptical on both sides, and the contact peak stress is the largest.The relative slip of the adhesion region of the two contact pairs is almost zero, and the relative slip of the slip zone is the largest, which is the serious part of fretting wear.According to the fatigue life analysis under fretting wear condition, it is concluded that the fatigue life of the two contact pairs with similar material characteristics is large, the fretting wear stage accounts for the majority of the total fatigue life, and the friction coefficient increases with the application of load and the friction coefficient of the contact pair.The fatigue life of axial members is decreased, and the fatigue life is greatly affected when the load and friction coefficient are small, and the influence on fatigue life is weakened when the applied load and friction coefficient reach a certain value.
