高空作業(yè)車不同簡化模型對比分析研究

【摘要】:高空作業(yè)車是一種重要的高空作業(yè)機(jī)械設(shè)備,按伸展結(jié)構(gòu)可以分為伸縮臂式、折疊臂式、混合式和垂直升降式四種類型。隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快,和建筑物高度的增加,大型高空作業(yè)車的伸展結(jié)構(gòu)多采用混合式臂架。在結(jié)構(gòu)上限制我國高空作業(yè)車行業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)是大高度、復(fù)雜截面混合式臂架技術(shù)。復(fù)雜截面混合式臂架作為大高度高空作業(yè)車得主要部件,其剛度和強(qiáng)度、局部穩(wěn)定性和整體穩(wěn)定性是其靜力學(xué)研究的重點,而臂架的剛度和強(qiáng)度是靜力學(xué)研究的基礎(chǔ),故本文主要以臂架的剛度和強(qiáng)度為研究目的進(jìn)行論述。 本文以大連理工大學(xué)與鄭州新大方重工科技有限公司合作開發(fā)的DJC101型高空作業(yè)車為研究對象,分析不同簡化模型的優(yōu)勢,為實際應(yīng)用提供參考。本文主要從以下幾個方面進(jìn)行論述: (1)分析DJC101型高空作業(yè)車混合式臂架的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,說明高空作業(yè)車的分析目的,根據(jù)臂架結(jié)構(gòu)的特點和不同分析目的,采用解析法和有限元法對臂架結(jié)構(gòu)建立了三種簡化模型:解析模型、梁單元模型和板殼單元模型; (2)對高空作業(yè)車臂架建立解析模型,通過對臂架的受力分析了臂架在變幅平面和旋轉(zhuǎn)平面承受的載荷,利用放大系數(shù)法計算出臂架的剛度,得出了危險截面的強(qiáng)度,以DJC101型高空作業(yè)車為具體算例進(jìn)行分析計算; (3)高空作業(yè)車臂架是薄臂細(xì)長型的箱型結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)這一特點在有限元分析軟件ANSYS中利用自定義截面建立了梁單元模型,并運(yùn)用APDL語言和MATLAB軟件實現(xiàn)了臂架的參數(shù)化建模,建立可視化界面,以DJC101型高空作業(yè)車為具體算例對臂架進(jìn)行線性和非線性分析。 (4)對高空作業(yè)車臂架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行必要的簡化,利用有限元分析軟件ANSYS建立板殼單元模型,對滑塊搭接位置通過切割方式來建立實體滑塊來模擬滑塊的作用,以DJC101高空作業(yè)車為具體算例對臂架進(jìn)行線性和非線性分析。 (5)根據(jù)DJC101高空作業(yè)車具體算例分析結(jié)果,以板殼單元模型非線性分析結(jié)果為基準(zhǔn),比較不同簡化模型對臂架剛度強(qiáng)度及關(guān)鍵鉸點位置的影響,得出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Aerial work vehicle is a kind of important aerial work mechanical equipment, which can be divided into four types according to stretching structure: telescopic arm type, folding arm type, hybrid type and vertical lifting type. With the acceleration of urbanization, and the increase of building height, The extensional structure of large aerial work vehicle is mostly composed of hybrid jib. The key technology to restrict the development of China's aerial work vehicle industry is the large height. Complex cross section hybrid boom technology. As an important component of a high altitude aerial work vehicle, the stiffness and strength, local stability and overall stability of the complex cross section hybrid arm are the key points of its statics research. The stiffness and strength of the boom is the basis of static research, so this paper mainly discusses the stiffness and strength of the boom. In this paper, the DJC101 type aerial work vehicle developed by Dalian University of Technology and Zhengzhou New generous heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. is taken as the research object, and the advantages of different simplified models are analyzed. This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:. 1) analyzing the structural characteristics of the hybrid boom of the DJC101 type aerial work vehicle, and explaining the purpose of the analysis, according to the characteristics of the arm structure and the different purpose of the analysis. Three simplified models of boom structure are established by using analytical method and finite element method: analytical model, beam element model and plate shell element model; (2) an analytical model is established for the boom of a high altitude working vehicle. By analyzing the load on the boom in the plane of amplitude variation and the plane of rotation, the stiffness of the arm is calculated by using the magnification factor method, and the strength of the dangerous section is obtained. Taking DJC101 type aerial work vehicle as a concrete example to carry on the analysis and calculation; According to this characteristic, the beam element model is established in the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the parametric modeling of the boom is realized by using APDL language and MATLAB software. The visual interface is established and the linear and nonlinear analysis of the boom is carried out with the example of DJC101 aerial work vehicle. In this paper, the structure of arm frame of aerial working vehicle is simplified. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to set up the plate and shell element model, and the solid slider is established by cutting to simulate the action of the slider. The linear and nonlinear analysis of the boom is carried out by taking the DJC101 aerial vehicle as an example. 5) based on the analysis results of DJC101 aerial work vehicle, the effects of different simplified models on stiffness strength and key hinge position of boom are compared based on the nonlinear analysis results of plate and shell element model, and the corresponding conclusions are drawn.
