【摘要】:滾子是組成軸承的重要零部件之一,其質(zhì)量的好壞往往很大程度上影響軸承的使用壽命和動(dòng)態(tài)性能等。近年來,伴隨著鐵路客車的普遍提速,列車對(duì)鐵路客車軸承的品質(zhì)要求也越來越高。傳統(tǒng)的鐵路客車軸承滾子的磨削加工通常采用離線測(cè)量的方法檢測(cè)滾子的質(zhì)量,這不僅降低生產(chǎn)效率,且多次裝夾所造成的誤差使得同批次滾子的互換性降低。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有磨削加工后離線測(cè)量滾子的諸多不便,本文研究設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于一種數(shù)控滾子磨床的在線檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。 本文所述的數(shù)控滾子磨床是一種采用CBN砂輪的通過控制滾子運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡來實(shí)現(xiàn)磨削加工的數(shù)控滾子磨床,該磨床采用點(diǎn)接觸磨削,一次裝夾可完成整個(gè)滾子素線面的加工。本文的重點(diǎn)是研究并設(shè)計(jì)了基于該數(shù)控滾子磨床的在線檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。 本文在基于所述的數(shù)控滾子磨床的基礎(chǔ)上,借用已有的部分硬件,確定了在線檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的總體方案;設(shè)計(jì)了在線檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)架機(jī)構(gòu),運(yùn)用固高公司的嵌入式運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器、雷尼紹公司的LP2測(cè)頭以及安川伺服電機(jī)等構(gòu)成在線檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的硬件平臺(tái);在Windows XP操作環(huán)境下運(yùn)用VC++軟件平臺(tái)編寫系統(tǒng)專用的測(cè)量軟件;最終,,將軟件硬件結(jié)合起來實(shí)現(xiàn)了鐵路客車軸承滾子精密磨削加工的在線檢測(cè)。 研究并設(shè)計(jì)了試驗(yàn)方法。通過間接的方法,從所述的數(shù)控滾子磨床加工過的合格產(chǎn)品中,隨機(jī)抽取一定數(shù)量的樣本,在三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量?jī)x上測(cè)量,從檢測(cè)結(jié)果的合格率上驗(yàn)證在線檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:Roller is one of the important parts of bearing, and its quality often affects the service life and dynamic performance of bearing to a great extent.In recent years, with the increasing speed of railway passenger cars, the quality requirements of train bearings are becoming higher and higher.The traditional grinding process of railway bus bearing roller usually uses off-line measurement method to detect the quality of roller, which not only reduces the production efficiency, but also reduces the interchangeability of the same batch roller caused by the error caused by multiple clamps.In view of the inconveniences of off-line measuring roller after grinding, a set of on-line measuring system based on NC roller grinder is designed in this paper.The CNC roller grinder described in this paper is a CNC roller grinding machine which uses CBN grinding wheel to realize grinding by controlling the track of roller motion. The grinding machine adopts point contact grinding and can complete the machining of the whole roller prime line surface by one clamping.The emphasis of this paper is to study and design the online inspection system based on the NC roller grinder.On the basis of the CNC roller grinder mentioned above, this paper determines the overall scheme of the on-line detection system by using some existing hardware, designs the measuring frame mechanism of the on-line inspection system, and applies the embedded motion controller of Gugao Company.The software and hardware are combined to realize the on-line inspection of precision grinding of bearing roller of railway passenger car.The test method is studied and designed.By indirect method, a certain number of samples are randomly selected from the qualified products processed by the NC roller grinder, and measured on a three dimensional coordinate measuring instrument.The accuracy and reliability of the online testing system are verified by the qualified rate of the test results.
