螺旋升降機(jī)絲杠螺母副自激振動(dòng)分析

【摘要】:利用Gallina二自由度模型對(duì)螺旋升降機(jī)在下降過程中發(fā)出的異響聲和振動(dòng)進(jìn)行研究。指出由于螺旋升降機(jī)的慣性矩陣是非對(duì)稱矩陣,所以垂向平動(dòng)和繞鉛垂軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)存在非對(duì)稱的耦合現(xiàn)象。同時(shí),研究表明慣性矩陣的非對(duì)稱性是造成系統(tǒng)自激振動(dòng)的主要原因,并得出了螺旋升降機(jī)動(dòng)力學(xué)穩(wěn)定性的判定依據(jù)。結(jié)合某螺旋升降機(jī)的參數(shù),利用Math CAD分別得到了摩擦系數(shù)、絲杠中徑和軸向載荷對(duì)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性影響的曲線,并提出了避免螺旋升降機(jī)自激振動(dòng)的措施。
[Abstract]:Using Gallina two-degree-of-freedom model, the abnormal sound and vibration of helical hoist during descent are studied. It is pointed out that the inertia matrix of helical elevator is asymmetric matrix. Therefore, there is asymmetric coupling between vertical translation and rotation around the vertical axis. At the same time, the study shows that the asymmetry of inertial matrix is the main cause of the self-excited vibration of the system. According to the parameters of a screw lift, the influence curves of friction coefficient, central diameter of lead screw and axial load on the stability of the system are obtained by Math CAD. The measures to avoid self-excited vibration of screw lift are put forward.
