柳工叉車敏捷制造系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:論文基于作者在廣西柳工機(jī)械股份有限公司(以下簡稱柳工)的實(shí)際工作,圍繞叉車制造業(yè)的生產(chǎn)模式進(jìn)行了業(yè)務(wù)需求分析、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究和應(yīng)用,尤其緊扣快速響應(yīng)客戶需求的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和生產(chǎn)管理的要求,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品信息化、管理信息化相關(guān)軟件的開發(fā)實(shí)施,進(jìn)行叉車企業(yè)敏捷制造系統(tǒng)的頂層設(shè)計,形成了具有前瞻性的技術(shù)方案。 論文針對新建企業(yè)柳工叉車,分析了其信息化工作基礎(chǔ)與項目總體目標(biāo)之間的差異,研究了項目實(shí)施中的實(shí)用性和可行性。在進(jìn)行總體技術(shù)方案設(shè)計時,強(qiáng)調(diào)從基礎(chǔ)工作做起,如:產(chǎn)品模塊化設(shè)計及管理規(guī)范,結(jié)合PLM、CAPP、ERP、MES等軟件的實(shí)施應(yīng)用,以及針對項目目標(biāo)所定制開發(fā)成果的應(yīng)用,具體解決企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)問題,從而取得實(shí)用化的應(yīng)用效果。 本項目研究所涉及到軟件系統(tǒng)比較多,需要從企業(yè)整體出發(fā),進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)分析優(yōu)化,形成一體化應(yīng)用的信息化管理環(huán)境,包含技術(shù)信息化、管理信息化等方面業(yè)務(wù)的應(yīng)用,為此,需要重視系統(tǒng)間的緊密集成。論文采用分步實(shí)施策略,通過劃分合理的實(shí)施階段,把企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)性的工作與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究和開發(fā)工作、系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施部署工作并行地結(jié)合起來,根據(jù)叉車企業(yè)管理信息流的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)集成接口和信息流的規(guī)劃和實(shí)現(xiàn),以提高項目系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用效果。 論文總結(jié)了柳工叉車在建立并實(shí)施敏捷制造系統(tǒng)中存在的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足,論述了針對叉車企業(yè)敏捷制造系統(tǒng)的信息流集成及業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)化技術(shù),以信息化促進(jìn)企業(yè)提升管理效率,建立核心競爭力的經(jīng)營策略,對柳工叉車以及同類制造加工企業(yè)在今后實(shí)施敏捷制造有重要指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the actual work of the author in Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liugong), the paper analyzes the business demand of forklift manufacturing industry, studies and applies the key technologies. In particular, the top level design of agile manufacturing system for forklift enterprises is carried out in accordance with the requirements of product design and production management, and the development and implementation of related software related to product informatization and management information. A forward-looking technical plan was formed. Aiming at the Liugong forklift, the paper analyzes the difference between the foundation of its informatization work and the overall goal of the project, and studies the practicability and feasibility in the implementation of the project. It is emphasized that starting from the basic work, such as product modularization design and management specification, combined with the application of software such as PLMCAPPPPERPMES, and the application of customized development results for the purpose of the project, the business problems of the enterprise are solved concretely. Thus the practical application effect is obtained. There are many software systems involved in this project, so it is necessary to analyze and optimize the business from the whole enterprise, to form an information management environment for integrated application, including the application of technology informatization, management informatization and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the close integration of the systems. This paper adopts the strategy of step by step implementation and divides the basic work of enterprises with the research and development of key technologies by dividing the reasonable implementation stages. The implementation and deployment of the system are combined in parallel, according to the characteristics of forklift truck enterprise management information flow, the system integration interface and information flow planning and implementation are carried out in order to improve the application effect of the project system. This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Liugong forklift in the establishment and implementation of agile manufacturing system, and discusses the information flow integration and business optimization technology for the agile manufacturing system of forklift enterprises. Establishing the management strategy of core competence is of great significance for Liugong forklift and similar manufacturing enterprises to implement agile manufacturing in the future.
