【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品作為基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的必要元素,其發(fā)展增速之快,使得我國(guó)工程機(jī)械在世界范圍內(nèi)逐漸引起注意,在良好的社會(huì)大環(huán)境下,工程機(jī)械企業(yè)的發(fā)展與擴(kuò)張速度也令人吃驚。盡管如此,不能否認(rèn)我國(guó)工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品技術(shù)水平以及發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)還相對(duì)薄弱,同時(shí),工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)起步也相對(duì)較晚,未形成統(tǒng)一的科學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)方法體系。在技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展的同時(shí),產(chǎn)品形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)也逐步被提上日程,如何規(guī)范、監(jiān)督工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì),使其良好快速發(fā)展,變得尤為重要。 本文以工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品為研究對(duì)象,研究工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估體系,即如何用科學(xué),理性的方法全面評(píng)估一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)方案形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)合理性。這一過(guò)程涉及到產(chǎn)品形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)方法,產(chǎn)品語(yǔ)義學(xué),設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估等相關(guān)理論體系。 本文研究框架首先對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估與工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究。根據(jù)工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行其形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估體系的重點(diǎn)提取,從而建立針對(duì)性的工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估體系。其中包含形態(tài)評(píng)估層面:造型、比例、色彩等方面;戰(zhàn)略評(píng)估層面:語(yǔ)義傳達(dá)、識(shí)別性、DNA遺傳性等。最后將其進(jìn)行整合得出綜合評(píng)估結(jié)果。研究結(jié)論后續(xù)發(fā)展將從兩方面進(jìn)行。一方面將其融入設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估理論體系中,另一方面可通過(guò)后續(xù)研究對(duì)于形態(tài)評(píng)估體系進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展與完善。 總之,本文以產(chǎn)品形態(tài)語(yǔ)義學(xué),產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)戰(zhàn)略,設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估,設(shè)計(jì)管理等相關(guān)學(xué)科知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ)來(lái)研究工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品形態(tài)開(kāi)發(fā)的評(píng)估方法,在過(guò)程中總結(jié)了一些形態(tài)開(kāi)發(fā)的基本造型理論,并通過(guò)對(duì)這些理論的分類研究,擬在工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品形態(tài)開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案的評(píng)估提供有意義的理論方法支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and technology in our country, construction machinery products, as a necessary element of infrastructure construction, are growing rapidly, which makes the construction machinery in our country gradually attract attention in the world, and in a good social environment. The speed of development and expansion of construction machinery enterprises is also surprising. However, it cannot be denied that the technical level and development foundation of construction machinery products in China are relatively weak, and at the same time, the design of construction machinery products starts relatively late. With the continuous development of technology, product form design has been put on the agenda step by step. How to standardize and supervise the design of construction machinery product form and make it develop well and rapidly becomes more and more important. This paper takes the construction machinery product as the research object, studies the construction machinery product form design appraisal system, namely how to use the science, The rational method comprehensively evaluates the rationality of a design scheme form design, which involves the product form design method, product semantics, design evaluation and other relevant theoretical systems. The research framework of this paper firstly studies the design evaluation and the design of construction machinery products. According to the characteristics of construction machinery products, the emphasis of its morphological design evaluation system is extracted. In order to establish a targeted evaluation system of construction machinery product form design, which includes form evaluation level: shape, proportion, color and so on; strategic evaluation level: semantic communication, Finally, the comprehensive evaluation results are obtained by integrating them. The research conclusion will be developed from two aspects. On the one hand, it will be integrated into the design evaluation theory system. On the other hand, we can expand and improve the morphological evaluation system through follow-up research. In a word, based on the knowledge of product morphology semantics, product design strategy, design evaluation, design management and so on, this paper studies the evaluation methods of product form development of construction machinery. In the process, some basic modeling theories of shape development are summarized, and through the classification of these theories, it is proposed to provide meaningful theoretical and methodological support for the evaluation of design schemes in the process of configuration development of construction machinery products.
