新型裝載機(jī)工作裝置CAD系統(tǒng)開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:裝載機(jī)是用來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)松散物料的裝卸、鏟掘等任務(wù)的,其中工作裝置是作業(yè)的執(zhí)行部件,其機(jī)構(gòu)及結(jié)構(gòu)的特性直接影響整機(jī)性能和作業(yè)生產(chǎn)率。隨著CAD技術(shù)的成熟和各種現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)方法的完善,對(duì)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)提出了自動(dòng)化、智能化的要求,而傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法已不能滿足產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期短、生產(chǎn)成本低的要求。綜合應(yīng)用各種理論和成熟軟件開發(fā)一套方便快捷且可靠性高的設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,同時(shí)也是現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)理論的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 本文主要是以裝載機(jī)工作裝置為例,研究開發(fā)包含參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)、三維建模和有限元分析的集成系統(tǒng)。以VC++6.0為軟件開發(fā)平臺(tái),首先利用復(fù)雜連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的型轉(zhuǎn)化理論,對(duì)裝載機(jī)工作裝置進(jìn)行理論分析,建立力學(xué)模型和數(shù)學(xué)模型,并編程實(shí)現(xiàn)裝載機(jī)新型八連桿工作裝置的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析和受力分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)了計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)讀寫功能,利用VC++6.0的繪圖功能對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,可快速、真實(shí)再現(xiàn)機(jī)構(gòu)的各種性能并作出評(píng)價(jià);然后結(jié)合參數(shù)化三維建模理論對(duì)SolidWorks進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)裝載機(jī)工作裝置的三維實(shí)體建模;最后借助于APDL語(yǔ)言對(duì)有限元分析軟件ANSYS進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),通過(guò)分析對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果的合理性做出判斷,確定設(shè)計(jì)方案。
[Abstract]:The loader is used to carry out the tasks of loading and unloading loose materials, shovel, and so on, in which the working device is the executive part of the operation. With the maturity of CAD technology and the improvement of modern design methods, the requirement of automation and intelligence for product design is put forward. However, the traditional design method can not meet the requirements of short product development cycle and low production cost. It has important application value to develop a set of convenient, fast and reliable design system by comprehensive application of various theories and mature software. At the same time, it is the development trend of modern design theory. In this paper, an integrated system including parameterized design, 3D modeling and finite element analysis is developed by taking the working device of loader as an example. With VC 6.0 as the software development platform, the model transformation theory of complex linkage mechanism is first used. In this paper, the working device of loader is analyzed theoretically, the mechanical model and mathematical model are established, and the motion analysis and force analysis of the new eight-bar working device of loader are realized by programming, and the database reading and writing function of calculating data is realized. Using the drawing function of VC 6.0 to simulate the motion of the mechanism, it can quickly, truly reproduce and evaluate the various performances of the mechanism, and then combine with the theory of parametric 3D modeling to carry out the secondary development of SolidWorks. Finally, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is redeveloped with the help of APDL language, and the design scheme is determined by analyzing the rationality of the design results.
