基于UG的離心葉輪三維軟件二次開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著計算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,計算機(jī)數(shù)控加工(CNC)、流體動力學(xué)分析(CFD)、有限元分析等現(xiàn)代化制造和分析技術(shù)在泵行業(yè)的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。但作為上述技術(shù)重要鏈接點(diǎn)的葉片三維造型軟件的開發(fā)還很不成熟。 目前我國研發(fā)的商用繪圖軟件主要停留在二維CAD基礎(chǔ)上,這種方法生成的幾何圖形并不能直接用于現(xiàn)代化制造和分析技術(shù),造成了CAD和CNC、CFD、CAM的脫節(jié),,導(dǎo)致工作效率低、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)成本高、企業(yè)競爭力下降等,嚴(yán)重阻礙了我國泵行業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此開發(fā)專用于泵產(chǎn)品的三維造型軟件尤為重要。 本文以曲面造型優(yōu)越的三維軟件UG NX6.0作為支撐軟件,開發(fā)了一套設(shè)計離心泵葉輪、葉片、葉輪水力模型的三維造型軟件。主要研究工作和成果有: 1、通過對UG二次開發(fā)工具和開發(fā)方法的分析比較,確定應(yīng)用Visual C++6.0集成環(huán)境進(jìn)行程序編譯,選擇適合離心泵葉輪三維造型軟件開發(fā)的UG/Open API、UG/Open MenuScript和MFC聯(lián)合開發(fā)方法; 2、應(yīng)用Visual C++6.0集成環(huán)境中的MFC開發(fā)符合設(shè)計要求的非模式對話框,完成軟件的人機(jī)交互界面設(shè)計,實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計參數(shù)的輸入、輸出和數(shù)據(jù)的傳遞; 3、根據(jù)離心泵一元設(shè)計理論,結(jié)合軟件開發(fā)方法,完成葉輪主要幾何尺寸計算模塊、軸面投影圖繪制模塊、流線分點(diǎn)模塊、展開流線繪制模塊、空間流線繪制模塊、實(shí)體模型繪制模塊的設(shè)計,并應(yīng)用參數(shù)化和API函數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)葉片、葉輪、葉輪水力模型的繪制。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology, The modern manufacturing and analysis techniques, such as computer numerical control machining, fluid dynamics analysis, finite element analysis and so on, are more and more widely used in pump industry. However, the development of blade 3D modeling software, which is an important link point of the above mentioned technology, is still far from mature. At present, the commercial drawing software developed in our country mainly stays on the basis of two-dimensional CAD. The geometry generated by this method can not be directly used in modern manufacturing and analysis technology, which results in the disconnection between CAD and CFD-CAM, resulting in low working efficiency. The high cost of product research and development and the decline of enterprise competitiveness seriously hinder the development of pump industry in China, so it is particularly important to develop 3D modeling software for pump products. In this paper, a 3D modeling software of centrifugal pump impeller, blade and impeller is developed with UG NX6.0 as the supporting software. The main research work and results are as follows:. 1. Through the analysis and comparison of UG secondary development tools and development methods, it is determined that the Visual C 6.0 integrated environment is used to compile the program, and the UG/Open API UG / Open MenuScript and MFC joint development method, which is suitable for the development of 3D modeling software for centrifugal pump impeller, is selected. 2. Using MFC in Visual C 6.0 integrated environment to develop the non-mode dialog box which meets the design requirements, complete the human-computer interface design of the software, and realize the input, output and data transfer of the design parameters; 3. According to the design theory of centrifugal pump and software development method, the main geometry dimension calculation module, axial projection drawing module, streamline dividing point module, developing streamline drawing module and space streamline drawing module are completed. The design of solid model drawing module, and the application of parameterization and API function to realize the hydraulic model drawing of blade, impeller and impeller.
