面向設備診斷的點檢系統關鍵技術研究

【摘要】:隨著以設備故障診斷技術為基礎的設備管理思想從大型設備逐漸應用到中小型設備的管理中,針對大量而分散的非關鍵設備,面向設備診斷的點檢系統將成為設備管理的主力。本課題結合企業(yè)的網絡和數據庫系統平臺,構建網絡化的點檢系統平臺。在分析國內外點檢終端儀器的開發(fā)基礎上,設計了集便攜式數據采集以及故障診斷、巡檢管理等功能于一體的點檢終端。該便攜式的點檢終端以高性能的ARM芯片為硬件平臺,并采用嵌入式linux操作系統作為軟件運行和開發(fā)平臺。 課題主要完成了以下幾個方面的工作: (?)點檢系統構建。分析點檢系統功能要求,構建了一種以設備診斷為核心的網絡化點檢系統,介紹了系統的整體框架和工作流程。 (?)點檢終端硬件平臺的設計。對點檢終端進行功能分析和整體規(guī)劃,并進行整體的硬件結構設計。以高性能ARM片上系統為中心構建各功能模塊,重點設計了人機交互模塊(LCD、觸摸屏)、電源管理模塊以及通信模塊。 (?)點檢終端的軟件系統構建。軟件系統主要包括嵌入式linux內核、各外圍設備的驅動程序以及基于GUI系統的應用程序。 (?)將射頻識別技術應用到基于ARM和嵌入式linux系統的點檢終端中,完成了EM4905與ARM芯片的接口電路設計,編寫了射頻識別的驅動程序。 (?)數據采集模塊的開發(fā)和研究。重點設計了點檢系統的振動數據采集模塊以及紅外溫度測量單元。分析數據采集模塊的工作原理,編寫了數據采集模塊的驅動程序,采用多線程技術開發(fā)了數據采集模塊的應用程序。
[Abstract]:With the application of the equipment management idea based on the equipment fault diagnosis technology from the large-scale equipment to the small and medium-sized equipment management, aiming at a large number of dispersed non-critical equipment, The spot inspection system oriented to equipment diagnosis will become the main force of equipment management. This subject combines the network and database system platform of enterprise, constructs the network spot inspection system platform. On the basis of analyzing the development of terminal instrument of spot inspection at home and abroad, A portable data acquisition, fault diagnosis and inspection management terminal is designed. The functional modules are constructed with the high performance ARM on-chip system as the center. The man-machine interaction module (LCD), touch screen module, power management module and communication module are designed. What? The software system includes the embedded linux kernel, the drivers of each peripheral device and the application program based on the GUI system. What? The RFID technology is applied to the spot check terminal based on ARM and embedded linux system. The interface circuit between EM4905 and ARM chip is designed and the driver of RFID is written. What? ) the development and research of data acquisition module. The vibration data acquisition module and infrared temperature measurement unit of the spot inspection system are designed. The working principle of the data acquisition module is analyzed, and the driver of the data acquisition module is compiled. The application program of data acquisition module is developed by multi-thread technology.
