商用車雙中間軸變速器關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:雙中間軸變速器是一種典型的重型變速器,與其他重型變速器相比,其最大的特點(diǎn)是具有兩根完全相同的中間軸,這樣在同等工況下,每根中間軸所分配的功率便為單中間軸變速器的一半,雙中間軸變速器還具有很多其特有的技術(shù),如二軸以及二軸齒輪的浮動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)、一系列的修正齒形設(shè)計(jì)、特有的同步器設(shè)計(jì)等等,這些技術(shù)使雙中間軸變速器具有很多突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn),解決了普通單中間軸變速器無(wú)法解決的很多問(wèn)題,具有其他變速器無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)越性。 由于采用雙中間軸設(shè)計(jì),那么在變速器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中必然同時(shí)會(huì)有兩個(gè)中間軸主動(dòng)齒輪與一個(gè)二軸被動(dòng)齒輪嚙合傳動(dòng),為了抵消對(duì)齒誤差以及齒輪制造誤差對(duì)于二軸齒輪嚙合的影響,二軸以及二軸上的齒輪必須采用浮動(dòng)的方式。 本文著重研究雙中間軸變速器浮動(dòng)問(wèn)題,對(duì)于二軸以及二軸上齒輪的浮動(dòng)方式進(jìn)行全方位探討,,通過(guò)對(duì)多種品牌產(chǎn)品的研究對(duì)目前雙中間軸變速器二軸以及二軸齒輪的浮動(dòng)方式提出相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。一直以來(lái)二軸以及二軸齒輪浮動(dòng)多采用間隙配合,但是間隙量的大小并沒(méi)有給出明確的規(guī)定,大多數(shù)廠商都采用較大的間隙量以避免齒輪誤差造成不能正確嚙合對(duì)變速器的使用壽命造成影響,然而采用大間隙對(duì)于變速器的承載能力以及結(jié)構(gòu)的緊湊性以及變速器的使用性能等都會(huì)有一定程度的影響,所以本文重點(diǎn)研究二軸齒輪浮動(dòng)量與變速器裝配過(guò)程中的對(duì)齒誤差以及齒輪制造誤差等因素的關(guān)系,通過(guò)采用相關(guān)理論分析,以及recurdyn多體動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真,對(duì)誤差與浮動(dòng)量的關(guān)系提出理論計(jì)算公式以及對(duì)計(jì)算公式的仿真驗(yàn)證,分析仿真結(jié)果可得出二軸齒輪的浮動(dòng)量大小以及浮動(dòng)過(guò)程中特有的浮動(dòng)方式,對(duì)理論計(jì)算起到了很好的補(bǔ)充作用。 通過(guò)對(duì)浮動(dòng)問(wèn)題的研究,本文將提出一些降低浮動(dòng)量的措施,這些措施都具有一定可實(shí)施性,通過(guò)對(duì)某品牌雙中間軸變速器產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行理論計(jì)算得出可以滿足要求的最大間隙量,對(duì)目前已有的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行相關(guān)改進(jìn)將進(jìn)一步提高其使用性能,對(duì)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The dual intermediate shaft transmission is a typical heavy duty transmission. Compared with other heavy duty transmissions, its biggest characteristic is that it has two identical intermediate shafts, so that under the same working conditions, Each intermediate shaft is allocated half as much power as a single intermediate shaft transmission, and the dual intermediate shaft transmission also has many of its unique technologies, such as the floating design of two shafts and two shaft gears, a series of modified gear designs, The special synchronizer design and so on, these technologies make double intermediate shaft transmission have many outstanding advantages, solve many problems that ordinary single intermediate shaft transmission can not solve, have the superiority that other transmission can't compare. Because of the design of double intermediate shaft, there must be two intermediate shaft active gear and a two axis passive gear meshing transmission in the course of transmission operation. In order to counteract the influence of tooth error and gear manufacturing error on the meshing of biaxial gears, the gears on two axes and on two shafts must be floated. In this paper, the floating problem of double intermediate shaft transmission is studied emphatically, and the floating mode of two shaft and two axle upper gear is discussed in all directions. Through the research of various brand products, this paper puts forward the relevant design scheme for the floating mode of two-shaft and two-axis gear of two-axis transmission with intermediate shaft. However, the size of clearance is not clearly defined, most manufacturers use larger clearance to avoid gear error caused by incorrect engagement on the transmission's service life, However, the use of large clearance will have a certain degree of influence on the bearing capacity of transmission, the compactness of structure and the performance of transmission. So this paper focuses on the relationship between the floating quantity of two-axis gear and the gear error and gear manufacturing error in the assembly process of transmission. By using the relevant theory analysis and recurdyn multi-body dynamics simulation, the paper studies the relationship between the two shaft gear floating quantity and the gear manufacturing error in the assembly process of the transmission. For the relationship between error and floating quantity, the theoretical calculation formula and the simulation verification of the calculation formula are put forward. By analyzing the simulation results, the size of the floating quantity of the two-axis gear and the special floating mode in the floating process can be obtained. It plays a very good supplementary role to the theoretical calculation. Through the study of the floating problem, this paper will put forward some measures to reduce the floating amount, which are all feasible. Through the theoretical calculation of a brand double intermediate shaft transmission product, the maximum clearance can be obtained. The improvement of the existing products will further improve its performance, and have a certain guiding significance to the actual production.
