軸向限位式膜片聯(lián)軸器結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本論文結(jié)合目前聯(lián)軸器產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展情況,進(jìn)行了整體結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,以及材料的選擇,實(shí)現(xiàn)提升產(chǎn)品性能的目的。 通過對聯(lián)軸器產(chǎn)品力學(xué)特征的研究,對軸向限位聯(lián)軸器的各零部件進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算以及實(shí)際參數(shù)的試運(yùn)行,從理論計(jì)算上滿足設(shè)計(jì)需求。 在具體設(shè)計(jì)過程中,針對聯(lián)軸器產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)場失效現(xiàn)象,對各零部件失效原因進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,從而針對目前各零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)提出了合理的改進(jìn),并制定了軸向限位式膜片聯(lián)軸器產(chǎn)品安裝規(guī)定。 通過結(jié)構(gòu)的合理改進(jìn),設(shè)計(jì)、制造了相對應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)臺架,對軸向限位式聯(lián)軸器進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),填補(bǔ)了本企業(yè)在此領(lǐng)域的空白。通過試驗(yàn)臺架的試驗(yàn),采集試驗(yàn)結(jié)果并分析,找出了制約聯(lián)軸器各項(xiàng)性能的因素并改進(jìn),使聯(lián)軸器產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)理論得以提升。 通過內(nèi)部試驗(yàn)臺架試驗(yàn)后的改進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu),在實(shí)際運(yùn)用現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的采集,并通過數(shù)據(jù)的采集得出軸向限位式聯(lián)軸器產(chǎn)品與老結(jié)構(gòu)比較在降噪、防爆方面的獨(dú)特性能的結(jié)論。 軸向限位式膜片聯(lián)軸器經(jīng)過技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)分析皆取得巨大的提升,不但提升了產(chǎn)品性能,而且為企業(yè)提供了一個(gè)巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:According to the development of coupling products, this paper optimizes the overall structure and material selection to improve the performance of the products. Through the study of the mechanical characteristics of the coupling products, the numerical simulation of the parts and components of the axial limiting coupling and the trial operation of the actual parameters are carried out. The theoretical calculation meets the needs of the design. In the specific design process, in view of the field failure phenomenon of the coupling product, the causes of the failure of each component are analyzed in detail, and the reasonable improvement on the structure of each component is put forward. And established the axial limiting diaphragm coupling product installation regulations. Through the reasonable improvement of the structure, the corresponding test stand is designed and manufactured, and the axial limiting coupling is tested, which fills the blank in this field. Through the test of the test stand, the test results are collected and analyzed. The factors restricting the performance of the coupling are found and improved, which improves the design theory of the coupling product. Through the improved structure after the test of the internal test bench, the data collection is carried out in the actual application field, and through the data collection, the conclusion is drawn that the unique performance of the axial limited coupling product compared with the old structure in the aspects of noise reduction and explosion proof. After technology and economic index analysis, the axial limiting diaphragm coupling has been greatly improved, which not only improves the product performance, but also provides a huge economic growth point for enterprises.
