帶式輸送機變頻調(diào)速驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:當前帶式輸送機正朝著長跨度、大功率、高帶速、高穩(wěn)定性的方向發(fā)展,帶式輸送機的動態(tài)設(shè)計及啟動穩(wěn)定性研究已成為新的課題。采用合理的啟動方式降低帶式輸送機的啟動動載荷是提高啟動穩(wěn)定性的主要方法。本文在分析了帶式輸送機動態(tài)特性基礎(chǔ)上研究一種基于電動機變頻驅(qū)動的軟啟動裝置。 首先,文中建立帶式輸送機的動力學(xué)模型,分析了各種啟動方案對帶式輸送機啟動特性的影響,找出了帶式輸送機的最佳啟動加速度曲線;分析了各個電機的驅(qū)動功率的理想分配和實際分配的問題,找出了調(diào)節(jié)功率平衡的方法。然后結(jié)合一條帶式輸送機的具體要求,設(shè)計了一套變頻軟啟動系統(tǒng),包括變頻啟動系統(tǒng)主回路斷路器、隔離變壓器、ACS 1000變頻器的選型、變頻驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)控制單元的設(shè)計,變頻驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的調(diào)速系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,多電機功率平衡的實現(xiàn)等。最后,通過現(xiàn)場試驗檢驗了變頻驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)能否滿足帶式輸送機在啟動過程中對驅(qū)動力和速度變化、負載發(fā)生變化時對驅(qū)動滾筒輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩變化、在加速和減速階段系統(tǒng)可靠性及長時間運行系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的要求。 實驗結(jié)果表明,變頻軟啟動系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)大型帶式輸送機在啟動過程中對驅(qū)動力輸出變化的要求,延長了啟動時間,大大降低了輸送帶內(nèi)的啟動張力。同時變頻驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的使用可降低輸送帶的強度進而減少設(shè)備投資成本,變頻驅(qū)動還具有維護量少和節(jié)能的優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:At present, belt conveyors are developing in the direction of long span, high power, high belt speed and high stability. The dynamic design of belt conveyor and the study of startup stability have become a new subject. It is the main method to improve the starting stability of belt conveyor to reduce the starting dynamic load by adopting reasonable starting mode. Based on the dynamic characteristics of conveyer, a soft starting device based on frequency conversion drive of motor is studied. Firstly, the dynamic model of belt conveyor is established, and the influence of various starting schemes on the starting characteristic of belt conveyor is analyzed, and the optimum starting acceleration curve of belt conveyor is found out. This paper analyzes the problems of the ideal and practical distribution of the driving power of each motor, and finds out the method of adjusting the power balance. Then, a set of frequency conversion soft start system is designed according to the specific requirements of a belt conveyor. It includes the main circuit breaker of the frequency conversion startup system, the selection of the 1000 frequency converter of the isolation transformer, the design of the control unit of the frequency conversion drive system, the design of the speed regulation system of the frequency conversion drive system, the realization of the power balance of the multi-motor, etc. Finally, Through the field test, it is verified whether the frequency conversion drive system can satisfy the change of driving force and speed in the starting process of belt conveyor, and the output torque of the driving drum when the load changes. Requirements for system reliability and long-term system stability at acceleration and deceleration stages. The experimental results show that the variable frequency soft start system can meet the requirement of driving force output change in the starting process of large belt conveyor and prolong the start-up time. At the same time, the use of frequency conversion drive system can reduce the strength of conveyor belt and reduce the cost of equipment investment. The frequency conversion drive also has the advantages of less maintenance and energy saving.
