純滾動(dòng)接觸直動(dòng)從動(dòng)件盤形凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)由于結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、易于實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,因此廣泛應(yīng)用于眾多機(jī)械中。但是由于凸輪與從動(dòng)件之間的高副接觸方式會(huì)增加機(jī)構(gòu)的功率損耗,因此對(duì)其在高效率傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的使用形成了較大限制。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)直動(dòng)從動(dòng)件凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的純滾動(dòng)接觸是解決相對(duì)滑動(dòng)接觸方式,并迅速提高凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)工作效率的最有效途徑。 本文基于“兩構(gòu)件的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)可以用與這兩構(gòu)件相固連的一對(duì)瞬心線的純滾動(dòng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)”這一瞬心線性質(zhì),推導(dǎo)出能夠滿足預(yù)定的從動(dòng)件運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律要求的純滾動(dòng)接觸直動(dòng)從動(dòng)件盤形凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)輪廓曲線的計(jì)算公式,并分析了該種凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的臨界壓力角、許用壓力角、機(jī)構(gòu)效率、基圓半徑等各項(xiàng)參數(shù)的特征和機(jī)構(gòu)特征。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,完成了一套能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)定從動(dòng)件運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律的純滾動(dòng)接觸凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的完整輪廓曲線設(shè)計(jì)的方案,設(shè)計(jì)得到的凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)不但能夠在回程、近休止和推程的機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)階段保持純滾動(dòng)接觸,還能實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)休止運(yùn)動(dòng)階段,并且針對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律相同但行程大小不同的凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)提出縮放輪廓的設(shè)計(jì)方式,大大簡(jiǎn)化了該種凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的制造工藝。 最后,以一個(gè)實(shí)際凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)為例,設(shè)計(jì)出一套完整凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)輪廓曲線,并在三維軟件Solidworks中建立模型,利用COSMOSMotion軟件對(duì)其進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真,測(cè)量運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中從動(dòng)件的運(yùn)動(dòng)特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)仿真結(jié)果與計(jì)算結(jié)果一致。錄制仿真了動(dòng)畫影象,通過(guò)在輪廓曲線上找特殊點(diǎn)的方法,驗(yàn)證了該凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)在純滾動(dòng)接觸階段內(nèi)接觸點(diǎn)都在瞬心線上的特征。
[Abstract]:The cam mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, easy to realize the complex movement, so it is widely used in many machines. But due to the high side contact between cam and follower will increase the power loss mechanism, so the use of high efficiency in the transmission system of a larger limit. How to realize the straight rolling contact cam mechanism the follower is to resolve the relative sliding contact, the most effective way to rapidly improve the work efficiency and the cam mechanism.
The relative motion of two pure rolling component can be used for instantaneous line and the two component is fixedly connected based on the nature of the moment "to achieve" heart line, derived can meet the predetermined requirements of follower motion of pure rolling contact follower disc cam contour curve formula, and analyzed the critical pressure angle of cam mechanism, the allowable pressure angle, efficiency mechanism, characteristics and institutional characteristics of the parameters such as the radius of the circle. According to the analysis results, completed a set to be able to realize the movement rule of the driven predetermined pure rolling contact of the cam mechanism complete contour curve design, cam mechanism design can not only get in return, and push the process of nearly endless motion stage to maintain the pure rolling contact, far off stage movement can be realized, and according to the motion law of the same size but different cam stroke The design method of the zoom contour is proposed, which greatly simplifies the manufacturing process of the cam mechanism.
Finally, in order to design a practical cam mechanism as an example, a complete set of design of cam profile curve, and establish the model in three-dimensional software Solidworks, carried on the kinematics simulation by using COSMOSMotion software, the follower motion feature measurement movement process, the simulation results and the calculation results are consistent. The recording simulation animation through the method of images, find special points in the contour curve of the cam mechanism is verified, each contact point was on the centrode characteristics in pure rolling.
