【摘要】:煤炭工業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ),在我國的一些能源大省,例如山西省,煤炭更是到達了支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)的地位。但是我們也不能不注意到我國煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨的一個嚴(yán)重問題“安全事故”,幾乎每年都會看到或聽到某煤礦發(fā)生礦難,造成重大人員傷亡。在痛心的同時我們必須要了解礦難的真正原因,采取相應(yīng)措施來防止悲劇的發(fā)生。安全生產(chǎn)是煤炭開采中的重中之重,在煤炭生產(chǎn)中,造成礦難的原因眾多,但高濃度瓦斯可謂是其安全生產(chǎn)的頭等隱患。為降低瓦斯的濃度,國內(nèi)煤炭生產(chǎn)企業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用氣動式鉆機打孔的方式來抽取礦井深處的瓦斯。因此礦用氣動鉆機性能的好壞,直接影響到我國煤炭工業(yè)的發(fā)展。而氣動馬達又是氣動鉆機中的核心動力元件,其性能參數(shù)直接影響鉆機的性能,可謂重中之重。本論文重點針對一種應(yīng)用比較廣泛的齒輪式氣動馬達,進行了相應(yīng)參數(shù)設(shè)計計算,對其進行了重要部件的結(jié)構(gòu)模型的建立,并對其結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)性能參數(shù)進行了相關(guān)的有限元分析。 本論文首先介紹了氣動馬達相對于其它馬達的優(yōu)勢,以及在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展概況。簡要的闡明了齒輪式氣動馬達相比其它電動、氣動馬達的不可替代的優(yōu)點,以及氣動馬達在我國的發(fā)展歷史與現(xiàn)狀。通過與國外的氣動馬達研制作對比,可以看到我國在氣動馬達的研制領(lǐng)域跟國外還有一定的差距。本文通過對一種安全且通用的齒輪式氣動馬達的探究,根據(jù)齒輪式氣動馬達的工作原理,進行了其主要參數(shù)的設(shè)計計算,并對其重要部件進行了安全性校核。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,用三維建模軟件建立了其主要結(jié)構(gòu)部件的三維模型,并進行了裝配,以展現(xiàn)其關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)的相應(yīng)位置關(guān)系。通過理論計算,校核了齒輪式氣動馬達中的一些關(guān)鍵零件(齒輪軸、連接平鍵、馬達齒輪)的強度,證明該設(shè)計符合理論強度要求。最后為驗證本文所設(shè)計的齒輪式氣動馬達是否合格,對其進行靜力學(xué)和動力學(xué)特性的相關(guān)分析,使用有限元分析軟件對其進行了相關(guān)力學(xué)的有限元分析,得到了具有一定參考價值的計算數(shù)據(jù),為以后的設(shè)計優(yōu)化及生產(chǎn)提供了強有力的保障。 通過理論分析、參數(shù)計算、模型建立及其有限單元分析,為齒輪式氣動馬達的合理設(shè)計及選擇應(yīng)用,提供了有力的理論數(shù)據(jù)參考和現(xiàn)實參考,這就為將來的優(yōu)化與生產(chǎn)工作提供了寶貴的參考資料,將來的生產(chǎn)中可以直接采用本文的設(shè)計參數(shù),從而最大限度的減小了使用經(jīng)驗類比法設(shè)計所帶來的材料和時間的浪費。所以本論文對于齒輪式氣動馬達的生產(chǎn)者和使用者都具有現(xiàn)實的意義,應(yīng)用于煤礦生產(chǎn)可以提高生產(chǎn)效率,保障生產(chǎn)安全。
[Abstract]:The coal industry is the foundation of our national economy. In some major energy provinces in China, such as Shanxi Province, Coal has even reached the status of a pillar industry. However, we cannot help but notice that China's coal industry faces a serious problem of "safety accidents", and almost every year we see or hear of mine accidents in a certain coal mine. At the same time, we must understand the real cause of the mine accident and take appropriate measures to prevent the tragedy. Safety production is the most important in coal mining, in the coal production, There are many reasons for the mine accident, but the high concentration of gas is the first hidden danger in its safe production. In order to reduce the concentration of gas, The pneumatic drilling rig is widely used by domestic coal production enterprises to extract gas from deep mine. So the performance of mine pneumatic drilling rig is good or bad. The pneumatic motor is the core power element in the pneumatic drilling rig, and its performance parameters directly affect the performance of the drilling rig. This paper focuses on the design and calculation of the parameters for a kind of gear pneumatic motor which is widely used, and establishes the structural model of the important parts. The related finite element analysis of the mechanical properties of the structure is carried out. In this paper, the advantages of pneumatic motor compared with other motors and its development at home and abroad are introduced, and the irreplaceable advantages of gear type pneumatic motor compared with other electric motors are briefly explained. And the development history and present situation of pneumatic motor in our country. It can be seen that there is still a certain gap between China and foreign countries in the field of development of pneumatic motors. Through the exploration of a kind of safe and universal gear pneumatic motors, according to the working principle of gear pneumatic motors, The design and calculation of its main parameters are carried out, and the security of its important parts is checked. On the basis of this, the 3D model of its main structural components is established by using 3D modeling software, and the assembly is carried out. In order to show the corresponding position relation of its key structure, the strength of some key parts (gear shaft, connecting flat key, motor gear) in the gear type pneumatic motor is checked by theoretical calculation. It is proved that the design meets the requirements of theoretical strength. Finally, in order to verify whether the gear-type pneumatic motor designed in this paper is up to standard, the static and dynamic characteristics of the motor are analyzed. The finite element analysis software is used to analyze the mechanics of the system, and the calculation data with certain reference value are obtained, which provides a strong guarantee for the design optimization and production in the future. Through theoretical analysis, parameter calculation, model establishment and finite element analysis, it provides a powerful theoretical data reference and practical reference for the reasonable design and selection and application of the gear type pneumatic motor. This will provide valuable reference for future optimization and production work. The design parameters of this paper can be used directly in future production. In order to minimize the waste of materials and time brought by the use of empirical analogy design, this paper has practical significance for the producer and user of gear pneumatic motor. Application in coal mine production can improve production efficiency and ensure production safety.
