新型旋葉式壓縮機(jī)特性預(yù)測(cè)模型研究

【摘要】:隨著汽車工業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,汽車空調(diào)系統(tǒng)也越來(lái)越受到了重視。制冷壓縮機(jī)作為汽車空調(diào)的核心同時(shí)得到了飛速的發(fā)展。 旋葉式壓縮機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、維修方便、動(dòng)力平衡性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)在壓縮機(jī)市場(chǎng)具有極大的潛力。本文在以往的對(duì)旋葉式壓縮機(jī)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)旋葉式壓縮機(jī)做了進(jìn)一步的研究。主要有以下幾方面: 1、具有普遍適用性的旋葉式壓縮機(jī)葉片頭部型線; 通過(guò)對(duì)葉片頭部型線深入的研究,創(chuàng)造性的提出一種具有普遍應(yīng)用性的葉片頭部型線,適用于任何的旋葉式壓縮機(jī)氣缸型線。具有均勻磨損、易于制造以及良好的潤(rùn)滑、密封性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 2、建立旋葉式壓縮機(jī)的壓縮氣體狀態(tài)模型同時(shí)對(duì)排氣量模型進(jìn)行深入研究; 通過(guò)對(duì)旋葉式壓縮機(jī)工作過(guò)程中基元的變化,及氣體的性質(zhì)對(duì)壓縮氣體的壓力做了深入的探討,同時(shí)對(duì)油氣兩相泄漏做了深入的研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了排氣量模型。 3、建立旋葉式壓縮機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)模型以及功率效率模型; 通過(guò)以葉片圓心的軌跡作為氣缸型線的替代,省略了對(duì)葉片頭部型線與氣缸內(nèi)壁接觸點(diǎn)的復(fù)雜求解過(guò)程,根據(jù)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)原理,對(duì)旋葉式壓縮機(jī)葉片建立運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,大大簡(jiǎn)化了其復(fù)雜程度并且具有足夠的準(zhǔn)確度。同時(shí)對(duì)旋葉式壓縮機(jī)的功率以及效率問(wèn)題做了進(jìn)一步的分析。 4、開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。 通過(guò)以上的數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過(guò)對(duì)其進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算以及數(shù)據(jù)整理,整理之后的數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)使用C++Builder6.0對(duì)其仿真,實(shí)現(xiàn)旋葉式壓縮機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)快速可視化,真正的做到設(shè)計(jì)、分析、制造一體化,大大的加快旋葉式壓縮機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)分析速度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry, more and more attention has been paid to automobile air conditioning system. As the core of automobile air conditioning, refrigeration compressor has been developed rapidly. The rotary vane compressor has great potential in compressor market with the advantages of simple structure, small volume, convenient maintenance and good power balance. Further research on the rotary vane compressor has been done. The main contents are as follows:. 1. The blade head profile of the rotary vane compressor with universal applicability; Through the deep research on the blade head profile, a kind of blade head line with universal application is creatively proposed, which is suitable for any rotary vane compressor cylinder line. It has uniform wear, easy manufacture and good lubrication. The advantage of sealing, etc. (2) the compressed gas state model of rotary vane compressor is established and the exhaust volume model is studied deeply. The pressure of compressed gas is deeply discussed through the change of unit in the working process of rotary vane compressor and the nature of gas. At the same time, the leakage of two phases of oil and gas is studied deeply, and the exhaust volume model is established. 3. The kinematics, dynamics model and power efficiency model of rotary vane compressor are established. By using the track of the center of the blade as the replacement of the cylinder profile, the complex solution process of the contact point between the blade head profile and the cylinder inner wall is omitted. According to the kinematics and dynamics principle, The kinematics and dynamics model of the blade of the rotary vane compressor is established, which greatly simplifies its complexity and has sufficient accuracy. At the same time, the power and efficiency of the rotary vane compressor are further analyzed. 4. Develop computer aided design system. Through the above mathematical model, through the numerical calculation and data collation, the data after finishing through the use of C Builder6.0 to its simulation, the design of the rotary vane compressor to achieve rapid visualization, truly achieve design, analysis, Manufacturing integration, greatly accelerate the speed of design and analysis of rotary vane compressor.
