【摘要】:針對(duì)曲柄群驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程存在較大振動(dòng)和噪音的問(wèn)題,根據(jù)平面連桿機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)平衡理論中質(zhì)量矩替代法和動(dòng)量矩替代法推導(dǎo)出曲柄群驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)平衡條件.利用ADAMS軟件建立剛性體六曲柄群驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并對(duì)比分析模型配重前后各曲柄固定轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)副處的受載曲線,基于剛性體虛擬樣機(jī)模型仿真結(jié)果得到機(jī)構(gòu)剛?cè)狁詈咸摂M樣機(jī)動(dòng)平衡模型.該剛?cè)狁詈夏P头抡娼Y(jié)果說(shuō)明六曲柄群驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)擺動(dòng)力和擺動(dòng)力矩均得到了較好的平衡,揭示了只靠施加配重質(zhì)量的曲柄群驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)并不能實(shí)現(xiàn)理想的動(dòng)平衡效果.這種剛?cè)狁詈系膭?dòng)平衡方法為進(jìn)一步研究曲柄群驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性提供了新的思路.
[Abstract]:The crank group driving mechanism running process there is a big noise and vibration problems, based on the dynamic balancing theory of mass moment substitution and momentum planar linkage alternative method to deduce the crank drive mechanism of group dynamic balance conditions. Using ADAMS software to establish the rigid body dynamic model group six crank drive mechanism, and the comparative analysis of the load the weight curve model of crank fixed revolute pair, the simulation results of the rigid body virtual prototype model of rigid flexible coupling mechanism in virtual prototype model based on dynamic balance. The simulation results show that the rigid flexible coupling model of six crank group driving mechanism of shaking force and shaking force moment have been a good balance, revealed only by applying counterweight crank group the driving mechanism and cannot achieve the ideal balance effect. The dynamic balance method of rigid flexible coupling dynamic mechanism for the further research of crank drive group A new way of thinking is provided for the mechanical properties.
