【摘要】:隨著工程建設(shè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大以及技術(shù)要求的提高,大型機(jī)械設(shè)備在現(xiàn)代工程建設(shè)中所起的作用變得越來(lái)越大,汽車起重機(jī)便是一種比較典型的工程機(jī)械設(shè)備,故對(duì)其關(guān)鍵部件健康狀態(tài)的評(píng)估是極為重要的。目前在設(shè)備的健康狀態(tài)評(píng)估領(lǐng)域中,有針對(duì)性的評(píng)估模型很少;同時(shí)針對(duì)整機(jī)系統(tǒng)的性能評(píng)估與智能維護(hù)缺乏遠(yuǎn)程控制能力。 為了解決上述問(wèn)題,本文以QY90V汽車起重機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)基于數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的狀態(tài)性能評(píng)估理論方法、實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證、技術(shù)集成等方面進(jìn)行了研究,具體工作包括: 1)針對(duì)工程機(jī)械裝備健康狀況評(píng)判缺乏評(píng)估模型,導(dǎo)致無(wú)法準(zhǔn)確判定設(shè)備健康狀態(tài)的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)研究設(shè)備的性能狀態(tài)描述方法,并綜合設(shè)備信號(hào)的特征提取、特征選擇、狀態(tài)分類等理論方法的研究,并依據(jù)OSA-CBM(open system architecture for condition-based maintenance)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程開(kāi)發(fā)出多模式設(shè)備狀態(tài)性能評(píng)估模型的獲取系統(tǒng); 2)基于WEB的設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)診斷平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā),通過(guò)對(duì)WEB-GIS/GPS集成技術(shù)、嵌入式Google Earth /map技術(shù)、面向用戶的Web化服務(wù)技術(shù)的研究,構(gòu)建基于SOA(service-oriented architecture)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)服務(wù)平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)框架,為大型機(jī)械設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)與維護(hù)系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)提供軟件平臺(tái)支撐。在為企業(yè)用戶的實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供更大靈活性的同時(shí),可以通過(guò)用戶權(quán)限設(shè)置增加用戶平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的安全性。 通過(guò)對(duì)上述理論方法與技術(shù)應(yīng)用的集成,實(shí)現(xiàn)了狀態(tài)性能評(píng)估模型生成工具及汽車起重機(jī)狀態(tài)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)。同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于Web的遠(yuǎn)程服務(wù)系統(tǒng),并以QY90V汽車起重機(jī)的主泵軸承系統(tǒng)為應(yīng)用對(duì)象,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)的監(jiān)控平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行診斷系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,實(shí)際應(yīng)用的效果表明狀態(tài)性能評(píng)估模型生成工具的實(shí)用性良好。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of engineering construction scale and the improvement of technical requirements, the role of large-scale mechanical equipment in modern engineering construction has become more and more important. Truck crane is a kind of typical construction machinery equipment. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the health status of its key components. At present, there are few targeted assessment models in the field of equipment health state evaluation, and there is a lack of remote control ability for the performance evaluation and intelligent maintenance of the whole machine system. In order to solve the above problems, this paper takes the QY90V truck crane as the research object, studies the data driven state performance evaluation theory method, experimental verification, technology integration and so on. The specific work includes:. 1) in view of the lack of evaluation model for the evaluation of construction machinery and equipment health condition, it is impossible to determine the health state of the equipment accurately. By studying the performance state description method of the equipment, and synthesizing the feature extraction and feature selection of the equipment signal, According to the standard flow of OSA-CBM(open system architecture for condition-based maintenance, a state performance evaluation system for multi-mode devices is developed. 2) the development of remote monitoring and diagnosis platform based on WEB. Through the research of WEB-GIS/GPS integration technology, embedded Google Earth / map technology and Web service technology oriented to users, the system framework of remote monitoring service platform based on SOA(service-oriented architecture is constructed. It provides software platform support for the development of remote monitoring and maintenance system for large mechanical equipment, and provides more flexibility for the practical application of enterprise users, and can increase the security of user platform system through user permission setting. Through the integration of the above theory, method and technology application, the development of the state performance evaluation model generation tool and the remote monitoring and control system of the automobile crane condition is realized, and the remote service system based on Web is realized at the same time. Taking the main pump bearing system of QY90V truck crane as the application object, the practical application of the diagnostic system on the monitoring platform of the network shows that the utility of the state performance evaluation model generation tool is good.
