多片離合器滑摩過程摩擦元件間的熱流分配

【摘要】:在濕式多片離合器滑摩過程中,摩擦元件之間的熱流分配會受到厚度和摩擦材料特性的影響。針對有限厚摩擦元件,建立厚度方向上的有限元耦合傳熱模型,計算摩擦元件之間熱流分配系數(shù)的變化過程,同時得到摩擦元件溫度場。分析結(jié)果表明,熱流分配系數(shù)會從初始值經(jīng)過短時間上升,變化到另一個穩(wěn)態(tài)值;將該熱流分配規(guī)律與使用半無限厚模型所得的定熱流分配系數(shù)對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)后者只能用于確定初始熱流分配系數(shù);進(jìn)行離合器滑摩實驗發(fā)現(xiàn):使用變熱流分配系數(shù)計算的鋼片中平面溫度上升過程非常接近實驗結(jié)果,但使用固定熱流分配系數(shù)則會高估實際的鋼片中平面溫度,而低估摩擦片溫度。
[Abstract]:In the wet multi plate clutch, friction element between the effects of heat flux distribution will be affected by the thickness and friction material properties. For finite thickness friction element, coupled heat transfer finite element model is established on the thickness, the changing process of calculating the heat flux distribution coefficient of friction between the elements, at the same time. The analysis results of temperature field of friction element show that the heat flux distribution coefficient will rise after a short time from the initial value, change to another steady state value; the heat flux distribution and use of the semi infinite model the constant heat flux distribution coefficient of contrast, found only for determining the initial heat flux distribution coefficient of sliding friction clutch; experiment shows that the steel plate is calculated using variable the heat flux distribution coefficient of the surface temperature rising process is very close to the experimental results, in the steel sheet surface temperature but the use of fixed heat flux distribution coefficient will be overestimated, and underestimate The temperature of the friction plate.
